If they only keep their phone number for "a day or two" then how do you account for reports in this thread dated from August 21, 2013 through October 18, 2013?

I keep getting calls from this number and several different numbers with the same message about senior assistance, $3000 in savings coupons, etc. and medic alert system, even though I press #5 to be taken off their call list.  I also get numbers with no one there when I answer, and caller ID says UNKNOWN or OUT OF AREA.  The do not call registry is a farce.

Received another call from 276-518-3198. On one call it had it was from Doylestown, PA and the other one with the same number had from Willow Grove, PA. Both are from a financial service telemarketer business.
Maybe if they get enough people reporting them something will be done about it.

I could not agree less.  It is a waste of my taxpayer dollars to the state of PA and our useless federal government.  I am now getting around 5 calls a day like this.  I have reported them in the past with no success.  The state of PA is a complete joke. Useless hillbillies in our organization.  They tell you the callers use very hi tech equipment.  Excuse me!  With the NSA spying all over the world, you mean they can't put this people out of business.   We are a county of idiots under Obama, and he is the number one idiot.

Get these ROBO calls I am on the DO NOT CALL list, my local TV station did a piece on the medical alert now it's a medical alert bracelet and $3000 worth of grocery coupons. The Do not call list is worthless

I am so fed up with these phone calls.  I'm eldery - I'm going through cancer treatments and I cannot handle this.  It is a violation of privacy...they continue to leave recorded messages that you cannot get rid of -- ask to press 1 for more information and all you get is the same recording over and over.  They tell you to press 5 to get off the list - THAT IS A JOKE!  You never get off the list.  How can we get SOMEONE to get rid of these calls?  The calls are about the extra money you can get in ss and more food money and a life saving arrangemnet as well....I already have that and I don't need more.  I need PEACE OF MIND - GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE.

Most phone companies have call blocking. These completely useless maggots who call our homes from 267-518-3198, 616-980-2030, and 616-613-2079 are easily blocked, among others. Why pick up the phone and get cursed at by these losers? Just block em!

Unbelievable. These scabs call all the time, but from different numbers. I was accidentally rude to a potential employer because I thought they were a telemarketer by the number on my caller ID that I didn't recognize. Guess I'm not getting that job.

They call about free groceries and a medic alert thing.  Mostly I do not answer.  Today they left a message on the phone.  They always call during dinner , when I am watching the news or tasking a nap.. I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  They are a pain.

Same as above. Called 10minutes ago, a recording of a very unenthusiastic woman yapping about "if you're 60 & over, a senior citizen. You can get $3K in groceries" Blah blah, another BS scam.

These latest calls hitting my number have a local 215 area code (Philadelphia area), making it look slightly more legit for anyone in the same are code to fall for it. 4 words, don't fall for it!

This is one of the most annoying calls ever.  They give youi an opportunity to press 5 to be taken off the list but it NEVER HAPPENS.  When you dial the number back it is always busy .... when it gives you the option to stay on the line and get more information buy pressing 1 - you just get the same old recording again and again and again.  It's about the $3000 of free food you can get and a life saving measure....it's all BALONEY and I'm tired of it.....they always leave a voice mail that you have to listen to before you can delete it....GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THE WAY.

I agree with Buddy and Tracey.  The Do Not Call process is a complete waste.  Every dollar spent on it is a waste.  We should completely defund it, and let technology help address.  For example, I would love to be able to create a list of callers I do want -- if a company or person is not on it, the phone won't ring.    I know there are some downsides, but I am just so sick of all the inteY4D4rruptions with these calls.

This call is for senior citizens....something about I may be entitled to $3000.00 in health care....I hung up and they called right back.

We keep getting these calls, though on no call listing.  Have discussed these calls with others about same, and since ours goes to answering machine, no message left, but those who have answered said that the idiot on other end of phone is very pushy, aggressive, and does not want to take NO for answer.  None of us have asked for medic alert details prior to this spam call.

Get the law involved, and prepare for them to change phone numbers after a day or two. That's how they roll.

This number (215-518-3198) has been calling me several times.  They say nothing & NEVER leave a message.  Sick & tired of these callers.  If they got something to sell or say then why don't they just sell it or say it.  Ridiculous.

Just got a call from this number its a scam for medical alert for seniors and supposively a 3000 dollars free grocery card and a free medical alert which is a total scam.  Nothing but Chinese and Indian and Arab people answering the phone gets annoying for sure have to hit 5 and it will take u off there calling list til they find another number of there own to call u back
