I get calls back to back to back and it will be certain times of day but from like 3 or 4 different numbers but they will be seconds apart..I either answer and hang up instantly so they don't blow up my VM anymore with dead air or will answer and burp in the phone or make crazy noises...they seem to be callilng less infrequent now but I too was kinda worried but after seeing these posts I know it's a joke now....Funny I even tried to call back from a landline number to each # that has called me and not a single one was a valid number or it was some recording asking me to put in a passcode or some weird thing......GO USA....not INDIA

these stupid men actually called my new home phone number and demanded my information....i gave them nothing....they are really ignorant people trying to take advantage of americans that always have to bail them out, fight for them, then rebuild their lives....unworthy, lazy, inbread swine that are t**** heads...i hope they blow up themselves.  The only way i figure they got my totally new number is when i tried to change my address thru the usps.com website....thats the only way...i havent given this number to anyone...i have already changed it again, but stay aware...they probably hacked our own postal service...Can we please have some form of government tahe care of our own for once...after all we work and they put our taxes in their paycheck in their pockets....US GOVERNMENT/CONGRESS PLEASE take care of who takes care of you

ALSO, They will call from several ODD numbers, and can also manipulate the phone to ring with YOUR OWN CELL NUMBER!!!!  They are simply going through a phone bank, I highly doubt they are even in this country anyway.....I told them, come on and get me!!!

I bought a blowhorn for home and a whistle for my car.....now when they call I give them an earfull!!!  Now they know the meaning of annoying!!!  What they are doing is ILLEGAL, they are blatantly misrepresenting themselves as a legal entity, which they are not.  These guys have called me nasty names and have been told repeatedly by my boss to NOT call me at work.  After starting with blowhorn and whistle, the calls have slowed but not stopped.  DO NOT give them ANY info!!!  You cannot be put in jail for a debt, you CAN be taken to small claims court, however document each and every call, etc and tape it if you can to show harrassment and illegal tactics IF they take you to small claims.  This is highly unlikely, as they will have to send a rep to your county to file and show for court which is WAY more expensive than the average debt owed.  Stay informed, stay vigilant and most of all, dont let this bully collector scare you into this "legal matter scam" or that they are sending someone to serve you with a warrant...they cant do that and wont!!  They want you to give up your debit card info or bank account!!  Good luck and dont stress over there jerks!!!!

I called the guy back from the number on my caller ID and it wasn't a bill collector. It was just some guy who owns a landscaping business. I wonder if they use a caller ID masker now. This is getting really old... It's the same story over and over again. The same one everyone else has. I reported it to the credit agencies and put a fraud alert on them and my bank accounts. I also reported it to the AG's office but they can't build a case if they keep moving/ changing number. They don't have the resources to do it.

I recieved a call from 267-573-9115. Said he was from I.C.E. That's what the foreigner left on my voicemail but the # on caller ID was 0000. The background noice sounded like some type of warehouse. I went on this site and put the # in and it came back a a # being used in a scam. Not only are they calling me but also my contact #'s for something I did subscribe to.There should be some way we can charge them for bothering us.

I am receiving threatening phone calls at work from someone claiming to be Mark Foster saying there is a federal lawsuit against me.  I have no idea what this is about.  He will not fax me anything or email or mail me anything in reference to what he is talking about.  He says my case number i LD17032776.  His phone number is 267-573-9115.  This has become very disturbing at my work place.  He has even contacted my boss and left him messages.

A coworker of mine keeps getting harrassed by these morons too!  Calling her cell phone, and here at work.  This morning some guy who says his last name is Taylor was even throwing the f bomb at her!  She reported them to the FBI who is fully aware of these loser scammers! What a way to "make a living".  I hope they get what is coming to them!!

I have received the same kind of phone calls.  Is there anyway that this can stop.  My cell phone is ringing off the hook.  They call 20x in a row!!!!  I cant understand them at all!!!  They are nasty and rude.  He told me if i don't give him my banking information that he will have the police at my front door when i get home.  I laughed out loud and told him see you there!!!

real u know what keeps calling at work ,changes how much a pay day loan is 100.00   200.00 even 600.00 i know its a scam now but at first he had me scared with his therts but now i know its all a scam and im glad i didnt give in and give him persmission for removeing money from any acct if you notice he only had you last for numbers of anything he cant get the rest uless you give it to them dont do it

some guy so called named tom anderson phone number 267 573  9115 he states i  owe one time 100.00 another time 300.00 now today it eads 200.00 i wanted his address so i could send him a cease and desist of calling my work place and wanting to talk to my floor manager, i have told him he has broke the law harring me at work and therting to take mme to court and file a complant from a pay day loan i never made. i have bank statements four the last 4 years showing i never recived any funds from cash advanced. or any payday loan, he also keeps changeing the name of the loan place,
    he also is indian very thick accent cant even say my name right  . i had to change my home phone

I saw the number was telcove of eastern PA, so I called the fraud 1-800348-5457 department and they said that the number is hooked with Bandwidth.com.  When you pull up bandwdth.com it is a internet  phone service so you can not call.  All Scammers that is all I have to say.  No one seems to care.

So have they called back?  This is what has been happening to me for 3 years off and on and I tell them stop, I don't get calls on going but when I do I tell them I am reporting them again and to stop, they are rude and will keep calling so I will not answer anymore.  I will even answer and hang up so i don't give them the chance to leave a message they are crooks and I am so sick of them.

THIS IS A SCAM,  They are SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRES.  well they are in India and will do whatever it takes to get Americans money.  ALWAYs get all there information and they will not give it to you.  No mailing address lots of noice in the background (Oh maybe a calling center)  Just plain SCAM.  

Tell them you will report them they will start yelling and call you names.  Hey Scammers if you are reading this you will be stopped!!!! I don't know how you can keep doing this for so many years and keep calling me when you will NEVER get money from me.  I just laugh when you call because I think you are CRAZY!!!!

THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND they are not even in this country.  They are doing all the collection rules WRONG and get this they have been calling me for 3 years now and I have reported them to many agency even the FBI.  What happens they change numbers but they somethimes think AMERICANS ar stupid (well sometimes we get caught off guard and do dumb things) SO DON"T PASS THE WORD THAT THEY ARE SCAMS.  HELP AMERICA GET THESE GUYS CAUGHT!

They call and say you owe them money because you might have fell foe one of those sites to get a loan.  They hack it from the internet and BOOM they have all your information.  Change your bank account if you/ve done this and if you have too change your number.  Work number if they call let them know you can not take personal calls and if they threaten you well that alone is a SCAM because we know they can't do that.

PLEASE DON"T BE AFFRAID DON'T   DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY OR anymore info.  Now when they call me it is actually a joke,  I was scared in the beginning, because I was like I did get a lone but paid it off I was so confused I investigated it and found all this a SCAM, I told them to stop calling because I reported them to the FBI and they hung up.  no more calls,,,then months later different number same old line and India people.  Same thing I tell them.  Same story and after 3 years they still haven't got a cent out me and won't!!!!!   Eventually I will change my number just for now I just laugh and don't answer anymore.  I know someone who they scared out of $2000  and she could not get her money back.  They are getting Millions from scaring people.

this man jeff taylor has called my job several times stating that i owe money and i don't and that he is going to call the police on me and also sue my job if they do not get me to the phone as soon as possible.  Today he called several times stating that i am his wife and that i  did not come home the night before and that he needs to speak to my supervisor to find out where i am!!! someone needs to do something about this man calling different people with their personal information, or somehow someway there will be alot of trouble.  Jeff taylor has a strong accent and is rude and has also threatned one of my coworkers demanding to speak to me..
