I got calls from this number but never a message.

I also had two charges come up on my Chase card... $4.95 and $4.65 about a month apart.  Tried calling the company with no luck.  I am having my card re-issued but am curious now after reading these posts if it is possibly a problem with Chase since that seems to be a common thread.

and one more addition - NEVER CALL to this kind of companies. The call might cost a lot of money!

Same here. TOPLEGALSTORECOM has made two transactions from my credit card with number 267-613-4035, the first one was 4.95 USD and the second 1.79 USD. I cancelled my credit card and reported about the fraud to my bank.

The past 2 months my husband's credit card has a charge for under $5.00 on it and it is from toplegalstorecom and we have never heard of this company nor done any business with them whatsoever.  Chase also told me to call them and gave me the same number 267 613-4035 to call.  I called and got the recording and then emailed them and they are asking for our billing address and correct name.  I am going to cancel this credit card and not reply to them any further.

Same thing here. 2 charges so far and it started when my circuit city card was aquired by Best Buy and Chase Bank. Both under $5.00.

I have also been charged by toplegalstorecom only they are now charging just under $5 per transaction.  I have cancelled my credit cards as well.  I called their number that showed up with the transaction and got an answering machine with a very unprofessional outgoing message by someone who apparently uses English as a second language.  They have not called back.  My bank recommended I try to work out the disputed charge with the vendor before disputing it via the bank.  With this outfit don't bother trying to call them, just dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company then cancel your card and get a new one or they will hit you with a charge every month.

Same thing happened to me. Got charged $1.95 by TopLegalStore on Nov 12. My credit card is with Chase bank. Was yours? I will call my bank and cancel the card. It's the second time a similar thing happened with that card in less than 6 months. I wonder if the security with Chase Bank has been compromised.

Telefund 805-897-1183 call every day, sometimes several times a day. They never leave a message and put the phone down when I answer if they find out they can't speak to the person on their list. No explanation, no apology, just put the phone down. We are on the DO-NOT-CALL list and I really want these people to start looking at that list.

Toplegastorecom with this # is a charge on a credit card I am paying off and no long have possession of.  

I turned them in for frauid.  

I'm reporting them to the attorney general in both PA & NC
