I have had this now for at least 3 weeks , I have them blocked from my cell now so they can not leave any messages. This morning at 8am they called again. I just called the number back and got Chris on the phone at the number. As soon as I gave my complaint about the repeated calls 3 to 4xs a day , he never asked me my name or phone number he hung up on me. Yes they answered Diversified Consultants. I called back again and got a Carly, she confirmed she is a debt collector and I  told her to remove me from their system. She claims someone used my cell number as a point of contact on a billed that my never had been paid. I told her to remove me from her system. She then replies that someone removed it yesterday ??? I told her that is bull as I get a call at 8am this morning. I asked who may that have been and she said since the number was removed from their account she could not check it LOL.Really !!!   She also told me that it takes 24 hrs to remove the number.I also informed her that this is a business phone and that the law states you can not harass people at their work number and that my message on my phone clearly states my company name. Again , I told her I owe no one money and stop the calls. We shall see.  

getting calls from 267-800-2838 all times day n& night, want them to stop at once

I just recently got this cell phone number and have gotten several calls (sometimes within the same minute) from this number, as well as from those ending in 2868 and 2808. I answered 2 of them to find out who's calling and to tell them that they have the wrong phone number, but a machine is on the other end telling me to 'hold on'. Needless to say, I did not 'hold on' and hung up.

Further research suggests that this number, 267-800-2838, is coming from Diversified Consultants, Inc.
This agency handles Debt Collections for At&T, Spring, T-Mobile and US Cellular.  Although they are technically based in Jacksonville, Florida, their calls can, apparently, come from many different locations; they are using many, many, different numbers.

I just got this number with a new phone, and I inherited the previous phone number-owner's harassment, apparently!  I have been getting at least 3 calls a day, every day, from 267-800-2838.  Messages have been left twice, for the person who had this number previously.  I answered one call; you will get a space of silence, then some kind of a computer sound, then a human voice.  The man asked for a specific person ( woman's first and last name ). I just got this number, and no one by that name lives here, and said 'please do not call here again.'  My saying that, unfortunately has not stopped the calling.  Both day and night, every day.
I am guessing that this is a Collection Agency/Debt Collector.  And, I will find a way to stop it.

This number calls me 4 times a day, never leaves a message!!! Anyone know who this is?

Same here.... But I have been called pretty much every night for over a month- if not longer. I don't answer and they don't leave a vm. I don't usually get calls on my home phone unless it is a telemarketer. I cannot find details on where this is coming from. I called the number back and it says "diversified consultants". I hung up

Got a call from this number..  Can't vouch for any message,  my cell gets calls from a few call forwarded phones so it's hard to gauge which one is being called but, nevertheless.. They called.

Same thing happened to me. The number has been calling for a few days but leaves no message, and I haven't answered the calls... Any ideas what company?
