this number said the same thing to me

Got a text message from this number.  "how about we catch up on y! M Screen-name is haileygirly6

I have no idea who this is.  Nor do I have any contacts with this phone number.  i too don't know how she got my number but it cannot be legitimate.

This number said "Hii ;-)" when I asked who it was, they said, "Lets catch up on y! msngr User-name is miachick65" I don't know a Mia at all, none that I can remember. No clue how they got my number but, it's definitely not legit.
