If you are having problems with Comcast......call their Corporate Offices at 215-665-1700 and ask for the Executive Customer Administrative line.  Had a problem last week and not only was it resolved on Monday, after a half dozen calls with different explanations from everyone I spoke to.....but I received a call back from a live human being in our own area of the country.
I did talk to two people in the Corporate offices on Friday.  The tech was here first thing Monday morning and problem resolved!
With their reputation for having customer service worse than the IRS.....and talking to people in Manila, who did not even put notes into the system, I was pleasantly surprised for once.

Or here's an idea -- identify COMCAST in the Caller ID so people would know who was calling.
With all the (I am sure) highly paid managers working for Comcast, you would think someone could come up with procedures that increased the success they have in doing things like satisfaction surveys?
But then one would also think Comcast could come up with ways to provide better basic services, so there you go!

Had a  Comcast tech over this morning about an 9:30. Got the call one hour later. ID said Hatboro PA. I live in NJ. Why would Comcast be calling me from PA? If it was about service from their techs it would be thumbs down. My experience with them is that they are rude jerks and some of them may be illegal  immigrants or just got off the boat and barely understand or speak English (and that goes for the rest of peeps you have to deal with there)

I'd say that Comcast's customer 'service' policies are laughable, but they're much worse than that. Absolutely no respect for their customers, and a level of incompetence that no other firms I've ever interacted with come close to reaching. The higher-ups should be deeply ashamed of themselves.

I got the call a few hours after a Comcast technician was here - he was awesome I would have loved to give him a good report on a survey, but go figure the call came through while I was on the phone with Comcast for another reason so I did not take the call.

I've received several calls from this number on my cell in the last couple days.  I didn't answer at first, this last time I answered and as soon as I did there was a beep on the other end of the line and it disconnected.  I don't know anybody in Pennsylvania.
