I got an international text from this number and unwanted phone call.  268 - 762 - 0022.  I am not sure where it is from.  It is so wrong and annoying.

Area code is 268 is Antigue, some Caribbean place. SCAM

Called at 12:00 a.m. hung up when I answered.  Called again at 12:09 a.m., hung up when I answered again.  I'm am on do not call list and my number is unlisted.

This is a call that when I call back it plays techno music and keeps you on line for a good while. Turns out that it is a phone line that charges by the minute and runs up your phone bill. Please put all 268762 telephone numbers on the do not call list.

Called me at 12:30 in the gotdang AM! Woke me up almost had a heart attack!

just got call from 268-762-0022 I answer with out looking cause it late night then they hung up I then looked at number and saw what I did. DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK.

MSNBC was just talking about this today its scam that charges you for a sex hotline when you call back.

It is on the news lately that is exactly what they are doing.  It is $30 when call back and something like $9 each additional minute.  I blocked it but I figure they will just use another number.

the other number was 268- 762- 0011. I typed it wrong.

This is my Daughters' phone that keeps getting these calls. ( cell Phone ) She did answer one time. She said she has gotten several of these calls.

The old "We're going to charge you a boatload of money for returning this call."  SCAM!
Many people don't know that the entire Caribbean  can be dialed just like a US call.  They call you and hang up. You get curious and dial back to see who it is. You get charged for calling a FOREIGN COUNTRY and it costs you $5- $10 A MINUTE.
The foreign phone company splits the money with the scammers so they are no help in getting a refund.

This is a scam caller. They also use 268-762-0043. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. IGNORE AND BLOCK.

Got a call at six am that hung up. I wanted to sleep!

I have received 2 or 3 calls after 10 or 11 pm. I didn't answer because no one I know calls me that late. Now I know not to answer them, ever.

I just got a call from this number too. When I called it back, techno music kept playing and said "hold for operator".

I got a call from this number from my work cell and then again today from my personal cell. don't know what the connection is. I don't answer it.

Got a call from 268 area code....answered it and they hung up....hope it cost them some $$$$$! LOL!

Got a call from (268) 762-0022 (Antigua/Barbuda) at 11:57pm. It's ridiculous that these people call for no reason and especially so late. I wish something could be done about this!

Same here.  I have had this number call several times but just a few minutes ago, the number that called changed the last digit...instead of 0022, it was 0021.

268-762-0022 rang twice last night (1/30/14) at 10 PM.  I thought about calling back but checked this web page out first.

Got this call on cell phone. When I called it back, the recording said that it was not a working number.  Could be a Skype number?  My cell number is registered with Do Not Call list.
