They are scamming you. Some times, if you call them back, a women picks it up....and guess what's next. They tell me I can chat with live hotties for the very cheap rate of $9/hr. Check my phone bill (I denied them by the way), and I have a charge for international call and $9 THAT THEY CHARGED FOR TALKING TO THEM. I went to my lawyer, but they couldn't find the number.

Same here. Both my girlfriend and I received a phone call from this same exact number at around 5:30am. Today was only day one so hopefully these phone calls don't continue after today. This isn't the first time I've received phones calls from other countries and doubt it will be the last.

You just got charged $20.00 plus international phone service fees for answering that call.

I got a call and called it back and it was an answering service telling me to hold for the operator while club music continued to play in th background

Heard this was a scam as the phone number is from Antigua, Barbuda. Do not return this call.

Found out that this is called the one ring scam.  They ring your number one ring and hang up, if you call back you get charged high overseas pricing, they just want to make $$$ off of you for no effort :(  

Got a call from this number a bit ago, did a reverse # lookup and it said "invalid number." Definitely a scam. Blocking!

Just received a message on my cellphone....when I checked messages....
none were left...it only captured the number who called....

This number has called both my cell and my husband's a few times. Twice in the middle of the night between 1-2 am.

This isn't NSA.  It's an off shore scam.  You call the number, to see who it is, and your phone is charged for the call (like a 900 number).

Today was the second time for me. I knew it was a scam delegated it.

Saw a call from 268-762-0033 at 6:16 am Jan. 31 on my phone.  No one who knows me would call
that early!  I don't return calls to unknown numbers as a rule.  Better safe than sorry!

zzz the Nsa wouldn't use such idiotic and blatant tactics because this would tip you off.  don't try anything that has to do with security, or lead these people with your negligence.

Just got called by this number, 268-762-0033 (antigua/barbuda) on Sat., 02/01/14, at 4:35 p.m.  I also got a previous call on Wed., 01/22/14 at 12:01 p.m., from another number appearing to come from antigua/barbuda:  268-762-0151.  I was in Aruba on vacation from Sat., 01/11/14 - Fri., 01/17/14.  I'm sure it's no coincidence, but why am I getting these calls.  I didn't have phone service down there, and didn't use my phone except to receive texts, and send a few texts to the states.

This # called my phone at 3 in the morning.  I sure didnt call back..nor answer...and i love google...seems to be a scam..will alert SPRINT cause my bill high enough as it is!

I just received a call from this number at 7:30am Pacific time. It only rang once and I did not answer.  No, I've never used H&R Block.

Called at 7:18 this morning!  This is the second time in two days they've called and not left a message.  The same thing is happening on my landline, but I don't have caller i.d.

Just got a call form this number on my business #. No message. So annoying. It has nothing to do with HR block, I never have used them. I don't know why someone wrote that

It is an NSA system that allows access to your phone to gather personal information for various reasons. Such centers will always either be offshore or appear to be offshore. Never answer an offshore phone call.
