This (& other similar) number(s) keep calling me @ all hours of the day or night. I think this is the "ring scam" -ridiculous!

I am being called by this number repeatedly and no one answers.

One ring; hung up.

this number tried to call me at 11pm at night. may be a scam number.

two calls today.  I tried to call back and my cell phone wouldnt allow it.  Used my land phone and the recording said no such number exists.

Called and hung up before answering.  Blocked number with "True Caller" app.

Call on 2/3/14 at 3:17pm. Number from Antigua Barbuda. Do not answer and do not call back. Scam that will make your phone bill very high!

Calls after 9:00 ... really pissed. Nothing said just dead air. Like to show them how we deal with people like that in the hills of Tn. !

11:28a on Sunday (during church time) this nbr called.  ...two rings then they hang up. It is possible to be charged if/when you call these numbers back.  It depends on your carrier.  When I had TMobile international calling was not automatically blocked.  I called one of these numbers back and got a $12.93 charge for an 18 second phone call.      When I later worked as a communication assistant for the deaf, translating TDD/TTY calls we received lots of information on what telephone scams are out there, and what they do is set up a toll-number (a number that charges you, usually per minute, for every call you make to them....kind of like 900-numbers do) and then using VOIP software (internet phone - similar to skype) they place free calls to as many numbers as they can, then just wait for you to call them back & they get paid for every incoming call.  I'm not sure if that is what this is, but originating from Antigua and calling so many strangers, it is very likely.

Just started getting calls on spouse's cell phone. My phone has location ability. Yes, came up both Antigua and Barbados. Looked up, no such number found. Go Figure. Don't call back. They also change last two digits when others fail.

Rang once and no voicemail, came up as Antigua/Barbuda... I'm not sure what this is all about, but a few weeks ago I received a similar call from a 'Turks and Caicos' number, rang once no voicemail.

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia, Anguilla ..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

I got a call from this number earlier tonight. I also got a call from some variation of it earlier in the week. I had no idea it was from some island until I googled the area code and found this site. I've also gotten suspicious calls from here in the States, so I suppose my telephone number is being passed around amongst scammers. I think I prefer emails from Nigerian potentates to this kind of telephonic nonsense.

Same as everyone else-- Got a call [approx. 1400 local time], answered it, they hung right up. Not worth pursuing.

Received 6 calls in the last month from this number Antigua/ Bermuda.  

2nd call

Got a call early this morning...i didn't answer.

The only way you would have a large phone bill would be if you have international calling on your phone, which almost everyone doesn't. You have to call the phone company to have that feature activated and you have a monthly service charge, so I would worry about it. When I call it back it just beeps fast 4 times then hangs up which is because I don't have international calling on my phone. Most of the time to call those islands you need a country code ahead of the #anyways to fully connect, just block the #people.

I got 2 calls from this number.  I did call back the second time and was told to wait for the operator so then I hung up.  So far I haven't seen a charge on my bill but will keep looking.

I got a call from this number, answered, no answer.   Hung up, tried calling them back twice.  Because I've been getting calls from a blocked number as well and I will answer & they breathe into the phone and hang up.  I thought maybe they had forgotten to block their number.  So I called them back.  I'm getting REALLY sick of these people calling me.

Received a call from this number yesterday afternoon and again this morning.  3 rings and then they hang up.  Did not call back.  Comes up as Antigua and Barbuda.

They rang my phone at 5:31 in the morning.  I rejected it and put it on my "Reject List".  

2 rings and hung-up.  Based on other posts, I'm glad I didnt answer!
