has called a few times this last week. I refuse to answer it.

SCAM - they call you and hang up hoping you will call back out of curiosity. You will be charged upwards of $100 a minute if you call this number.

I got a call from this number at 2:44 pm on 2/4/14. I would love to know why a call from the Caribbean.

Do not return calls from 268 area code. It is a scam where they will bill you by the minute on a returned call. If your phone has a block call option, start using it on these.

Received several calls late at night.  I now need to check my bill for unwanted charges.

Called my cell phone.  Rang twice.  I tried calling back from my work phone and it wouldn't go through, thank goodness.  Checked out # on website and found this website.  Don't answer!

Received the call @ 521 AM on 2/4/2014. Luckily I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. When I awoke this morning is when I heard the news on the radio about these scams. Some people are just corrupt.

Phone rang once and hung up.

I just got a call from this number. I did not answer it though. I do recall seeing on the news last week where someone called their number late and they did not answer it. They then called the number back and no one answered. When they got their phone bill there was a charge for a large amount. Don't know if it related or not but I don't want to chance it.

These numbers from area code 268 call ALL the time. It has been happening now for several weeks. I get them not only in the morning, but noon, & now the night - including @ 3 & 4 AM! Because I work in emergency services, I have to leave my phone on 24/7 & these calls @ nite (especially) are not only unnecessary, but they are highly disruptive! I just want this to stop right NOW!

Both my cell phones have this number called on January 27 & 28  I made the mistake of calling the number back each 2 times. I have 2 incoming calls on each phones and 2 outgoing calls that I made. Each time  I got  busy signals.

same thing.. called my phone two days in a row.. two different numbers but both from antigua/barbuda

Rang once and hung up at 1030 last night.  SO glad I didn't answer.  Tried calling back from my work phone and said number did not exist.

Called this morning at 12:41a. Fortunately was sleepy and did not answer. Thanks for all the warnings!

They called at 11:52 p. m. last night! Why would they do that? I did not answer the phone it was in another room. I have started leaving it in another room because of the fact I get these calls more often than I would like, which is NEVER!

Called our work cell phone.  Barbados/ antigua... dont leave message.  Will not answer!  Thanks for advice.

This is happening to me throughot the whole day. first call is from 268-762-0040 and then 268-762-0049.  Have never answered the phone thankfully.

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

Looks like a scam where the caller is trying to rack up money when you return the call.
