What ever you DO NOT call any number back that rings once or twice. It is a scam and allows them to bill you on your phone bill!!!

Don't call back and you will be hit with hefty international rate 20/minute!!!

I received a one ring call from this number.  I have no idea what it is about = probably another scam!

I got a call from this number on my cell at 4:55 am (pst). Who calls at that time, I did not answer & no message left.

There is a scam going around it will only ring once but if ypu call back you gwt charged $20 amd $9 every minute you stay on the line

Just received a phone call on my cell phone from this number.  Caller rang one and didn't leave a message.  Fortunately I was aware of this current phone scam;  wouldn't return a phone from an unfamiliar number anyway.  DON'T EVER DIAL AREA CODE 268 or 242, 246, 264, 284, 345, 441, 473, 664,758, 767, 784, 787, 809, 868, 869 or 876.  These are phone scams that will cost you $$$.

Received a call today at 2:23 p.m.Pacific time.  Caller only rang once and did not leave a message.  Checked out the area code online to confirm what I suspected, a phone scam. Unfortunately others may return the call and be surprised when they receive an outrageous phone bill from their carrier.  DON'T EVER DIAL AREA CODE 809 or 242, 246, 264, 268, 284, 345, 441, 473, 664,758, 767, 784, 787, 868, 869 or 876.

It's phone scam, you call back and you get charged $20 international fee then $9/min after.  The scam is to keep you on the line and rack up more charges.

Got the call today while shopping, fumbling around w/ phone hit green SEND so it recalled.  Then when I got home and was looking up the number to check out the location... I did it again.  AAARRR... this crazy touch phone.  Anyway Reverse Lookup reports it to be a number in Antigua/Barbuda  .... SCAMMED.  Cannot find anyway to report it on Verizon's website.

Do not answer calls from these numbers! When you do, they can hijack YOUR phone number and charge long distance calls to you. Block immediately!

I think it has more to do with your local dairies.  Some of the people who were called say they never shopped at Target before.  But I'll bet that everyone who was called drank milk at sometime in their lives!

It doesn't matter if you have the target red card debit/credit cards, it's any card.

Started getting these calls about 3 weeks after setting up my T-Mobile cell service. T-Mobile appears to be giving their client's phone numbers to third party survey and other business related companies who perhaps are turning around and looking to also make a dime off the T-Mobile clients, either on their own or by re-selling the numbers. From what I'm able to deduce, these scammers call numbers and never speak hoping to get a return call to some country in the Caribbean which will trigger a surcharge on your phone bill which goes directly into their pockets.

About 10 people have my cell phone number. All close friends and family and they all know I still prefer the landline. I never got spam calls from Verizon, my previous service, now I do.

Are you a T-Mobile customer? Call 6-1-1 and instruct them to remove your phone number from ALL of their third party affiliates who phone or text or can contact you.

Many cell phones allow you to block a certain number of calls - block these. Check the playstore for apps (Android) that assist in further call blocking. Research it. Just got a call from767-275-9166 (Dominica) today. Got the call from 268-762-0139 on 1-21-14

Number keeps calling me late at night. nobody there when i pick up

Got called today at 2:40pm PST, caller id said Antigua/Barbados. No one on the other end. Blocked.

how do we stop this number from calling?  annoying....  they call at all hours
