This # called my cell but my security blocked it.  I have also received calls from similar numbers: 268-762-0043, 473-456-1127 which were also blocked.  Don't people have better things to do?

this number called me at 11:14 PM tonight - didn't answer. SCAM!!

Got a call from this number at 1:00am. Rang twice and hung up.

Don't call it back.  They attempt to bill your phone when you call back.  It's a scam.

Received a call from  2687620151 at 4.23 am 1/29. It woke me up, but I did not answer or call back. on 1/28, I received a call from a similar Number 2687620032 which I did not answer or call back.

they called me to, 12:30am (just after midnight) here in EST zone.

Rang 3 times, answered, they hung up. Called back and it says it's a disconnected number...?

Same thing.  Hung up after one ring.

I just got a call from this number and the caller hung after the first ring. It's a trick to get you to call back.

I just got a call from this number.  I have been getting calls from Dominica, Montenegro, Antigua, etc., ever since the Target hack.  Only on my cell number which is the number I always use.  I have had this number for 10+ years and I don't want to have to have it changed but they call at all hours of the night and I'm sick of it.  I've never answered it.  Never called back.  They never leave a msg.  

The phone is based in Antigua and Barbuda. No message left-probably a scam

Been recieving calss from island area codes lately. This is one. Another is 7672759198. Dominica.... Glad I didnt answer either.

same thing apparently this is a scam if it happens again I will personally fly to  Antigua and Barbuda and hunt them down and punch them in the face so hard their kids will get the black eyes then go drink mai tais on the beach

Got a call, called back and just kept saying "please wait for the operator"

DON'T CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK! You will get a large charge on your bill for overseas calls.

Just tried calling me also. This is definitely a scam of some sort.

I just got the same call.  Hung up without leaving message.

The phone is based in Antigua and Barbuda. I don't know who they are, it might be a scammer
