I received a phone call on two occasions so far from this phone number, I just get a pre-recorded message, the person on the recording claims to be able to show you how to lower interest rates on your credit card. I did not reply back at all because I believe it is a scam and possibly someone phishing for my personal information.I don't even have a credit card, also I've never inquired about any kind of service of this nature.

I don't know who this number is but they have been calling me the past 3 days.  I missed the calls all 3 times and when I go to call them back the voice says this in not a real number or the phone is no loner in use, something like that.
