called left no msg

Woah, who belongs to this number? Someone at that number called my cell phone. I did not answer but merely opened my phone then closed it quickly thus hanging up on the caller.  I hate when someone calls, whom I don't know,  and doesn't leave a message. I think, whether it is a business or sales call, at least have the courtesy to leave a message. Otherwise, don't even bother to call.
