In my instance, this call was an automated recording trying to sell me a "precious metals" report.
It's a telemarketer. I don't know if it's a scam.

unfamiliar number called on my cell phone . . . looked up online and found the same info as ya'll did! no message and will not answer if they call back now

got call today, ignored the unknown number. didnt leave a message, just left a scrambled noise and hung up.

i got the call several times on my cell, no answer, no message. i believe they are trying to scam people.

called about ten minutes ago. telemarketer of some sort. lost the call, so don't know what they're actually trying to sell/scam.

Called me this afternoon and left no message
I called it back and it immediately said if you want to be placed on our do not call list please press 1
I did and said it will take up to 24 hours to process this request.
Wonder what it's all about but really don't care.
