Caller ID says "Per R" 269-477-2153. I have no answer machine and I never answer callers who I do not know. I assume it is a solicitor, an unsavory bill collector looking for someone else, or one of those scam artists. Do not answer when they call. But I have also got calls from Receiveable Perferred who claimed to be some bill collector looking for someone although the person was barely intelligible so maybe it was a scammer or they outsourced to somewhere in Africa where English is not well spoken.

I have received numerious multiple calls from this number in the past 2 weeks. They never leave a message and I do not pick up or return calls I do not know. I filed a complaint with the do not call registry and notified my phone company.

The caller id shows up now as "Kalamazoo  MI 269-477-2153". I think they are either some kind of collection agency trying to track down someone else or a scam agency (or a combination of both). Stop calling people!!

This number has called me over the past several months.  They never leave a message and never call me at a time that I would pick up my office phone.  Very strange.

Coloection Agency for T-mobile and in my case they were chasing the wrong person.

I had a missed call from this number. You will get a very unusual automated message if you try returning the call ! Very creepy ! This is probably a bill collector of some sort.

Keep getting a call from this number... finally called it back and instead of getting hung up on this time the person I spoke with actually decent... told him i kept getting calls from this number and had no idea why. He asked for the number they were calling and I gave it to him... Said he was looking for a Donna F. I told him my name and then he hung up

Hopefully they will stop calling now......

I have had my Cell number for about 12 years now, so I highly doubt its a recycled number

Your cell provider might be able to block the calls.  Call them and ask.

Or put them in your contacts list as "pest" and assign them the ring tone "no ring".  It won't stop the calls but it will keep your phone from ringing while you are in class.

i'm 14 and i've been getting these calls recently. i'm pretty sure that *i*, a 14 year old, would not have debt. they keep calling me at the most inopportune times, such as during school etc.

Theres no such thing as a "new number".  Your number belonged to someone else, possibly as recently as 3 weeks ago.  Your pest is probably looking for the person who had your number before you got it.

My cell phone number's brand spankin new and I already have this number and 877-375-6992 calling me outta the blue none of my family or friends has my number yet.

They just called me and hang up when I said 'hello'... Don't answer them if this number tries to call you.

It's just soo annoying! I hate those calls.

I've been getting these calls daily for a month and was getting them last year for a while. Well last year when Ifiled daily complaints on the Do Not Call Registry they finally stopped after a couple of weeks.  Now they're calling again so I'm filing more Do Not Call Complaints!  Maybe if we all do we'll finally be rid of this harrassment!

I have received several calls from this number and finally decided to call back. They told me that they were looking for some female (don't remember the name) and then apologized for the inconvenience and promised to remove my number from the list.

I get a call from this number everyday incluiding Sundays, (which was illegal to do when I worked as telemarketer).  It's automatically throws me hold. Just now it called again on my cell, while at work.  I decide to wait for someone come to the phone, it hung up.  What or who the hell keeps calling me?

Today is Sunday about 12:20 PM and I just received a call from this number and was put on hold and the call disconnected. I redailed the number but the caller would not identify himself, just kept asking for my wife. Very rude.

Received call from this number.  This is not the first time.  How do we get these people to stop calling?

These guys have pushed me way too far this time. We have been getting calls from them for over a month now and they call us everyday 1-3 times a day starting at 8am. i have told them that if they keep calling so excessivly that i would be getting ahold of a lawyer, and that did nothing except make things worse. This morning i got a phone call from them at 9:10, i answered the phone to be greeted by, "What now bit**" and then hung up on. This has gone way too far. Im sick of it. i called back to speak to a supervisor. She would even answer her phone. It took me 3times to get ahold of her before she told me they would call as much as they like, that it didnt matter to her that thier calling was waking my child up in the morning, calling around my daughters schedule isnt her job. i informed her of what the employee said to me, and she flat out said that i was a liar and that they were juast gonna keep calling reguarldess of what i do, and then she hung up on me. they are a joke as is she. we will see who gets the last laugh in the end though.

they collect for different companys, they are trying to collect on behalf of t-mobile for my fiancee

I have a 100$ balance with T-Mobile from 2 years ago. Now I?ve been getting these calls for a month or two and I did some looking and found out that it?s a T-Mobile collection agency. If you don?t pick up they will call up two 3 times a day but if you pick up they can?t call you back that day and that?s the law. If they call back the same day you talked to them then you got them for harassment. But good luck pressing charges you really only have 3 things you can do.
1.    Don?t pick up your phone and or just ignore them.
2.     Pay your bill
3.    Get a new phone number

this number keeps calling. No one says anything at all. The call identifications says Per R. I have not yet returned the call and I do not intend to. I do hope they stop calling.

Been receiving daily calls from this number.  I don't answer, they don't leave a voice message.

Rec'd unsolicited calls likely for someone who hasn't had this phone number for almost 5 years! Calls came on Sunday mornings also.

JUST PICK UP THE FREAKING PHONE YOU LOSERS! FIND OUT WHO IT IS!

I've been getting calls from this number. It's a collection agency who swears I have a debt and they are threatening to put it on my credit report. But what they claim I have a debt for, its not mine. So I asked for them to send me all the info via mail and I would look at it. What they sent me was another threat with a payment request stub for over a grand. They didn't explain who they were or what they we talking about. And still are calling me everyday 2-3 times a day. Pretty sure it's a scam. If they think I'm just going to dish out over a grand to someone I don't know, they are retarded. One more call and I'm blocking and reporting them as harrasment.
