"THIS IS NOT A SALES CALL...  (HA! HA!)  there has been a number of home break-ins in your area lately...."

Called the Pinger number on my cell. I've gotten landline calls from Michigan about high crime sited by the FBI. They're willing to put a free alarm in my home in exchange for placing a sign on my lawn. Big scam. I prefer my Doberman, German Shepherd  and Smith and Wesson.

I answered but there was no response. Sees to me there may be someone on the other end who needs to get a life.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SAME NUMBER, NO MESSAGE LEFT WHEN I DIDNT PICK UP. HOW THEY OBTAIN MY NUMBER THAT IS UNLISTED...SCAMMERS, ALL SCAMMERS!

Didn't answer.  Immediately looked up number on this site and saw it was a scam number.  I added it to my blocked numbers list.

Got call just now, no message left. Don't know who that is

Got a call on my office phone from this number this morning. Caller left no message. I assume solicitation / SPAM.

Also got it.  No message this time, but I've gotten the "This is not a sales call. There has been an increase in crime around your area..." offering to put a "free" sign in the yard.  No idea what it's really about.  But I'm on the do-not-call list, and this time they called me on a business line that's forwarded through another state.  So I guess "my area" is over 1,000 miles long???  Liars!

How did my number end up on so many of these scammers call lists. I get at least one of these every day. Got one from this number... Didn't pick up.

This was a missed call on my cell phone (I didn't hear it ring).  No message was left.

Glad to find out here that it was just spam so that I won't waste time or minutes calling back.

Got a call from 269-477-2232 about 25 minutes ago. Called back, was unable to speak with a living, breathing person. Appears to be a scam of some type. I left a message but I'm willing to bet they seldom get listened to. "Customer Communications Management Platform" is where they say you are calling to. Scam.

I answered a phone call from this strange number 269-477-2232.  "Hello, hello?," I asked, but did not hear a reply, so I hung up.
