I don't know how these scammers get people's info.  I think it's best to never respond, then block the number.  You say you never go on the internet, yet here you are ;-)

@Missy.... Lol, I told them to never contact me again in any way and they replied sorry I have no service. How stupid! But I am doing some detective work into this because it just doesn't sit well with me.

i got a text from this # also it said :)A.dd me on y! msngr .. id is alexisflirter92, so i told them dont know how you got my # but please delet it they replied sry i have no battery life

Yes i got the same message and they said heyyy Frank then add me to yahoo just the way you spelled it Michelle.

I received a text message from this exact number today Jan. 2, 2013 at 4:30 pm. This person knew my name, said hiii Michelle. I sent a message back asking who it was. They didn't tell me who they were just for me to add them to yahoo messenger. This was their message. ;) a.dd me on y.a.h.0.0. msngr ... id is madelineflirter9. Well they could have gotten my name from Facebook but my info is all private unless friends with me. Did this person know anyone else's name??

I received a text from this number as well asking me to add them to a yahoo messenger account. its obviously some scam to get into our systems. hope they can't access our phone database. beware!!

I also got a message from this number asking me to add them on yahoo messenger. Since I use Messenger, and was curious to find out how this person got my number, I added them. It ended up being some spambot that kept pestering me to watch them on some cam site (which requires a fee to access). Don't waste your time with this number.

I got a message from this number asking me to add them to yahoo messenger as well. Don't know who they are but seems a little sketchy. I would just ignore them.

I have recieved a couple of text's from this number this am.  I do not know whom this number belongs to.  The keep asking me to add them to some yahoo account which I do not have.
