Keeps calling all the time - no one takes the call - just clicks

They have called on a business line, but the calls still ring in my home.  I'm very frustrated with this, and wish I knew how to stop it. When I tried to do "Do not call" it says you can't take the number off if it's a business phone.  DON'T THESE PEOPLE HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S PRIVACY!!!  When they call during work hours, it takes me away from my work, and then I have to re-focus after getting the annoying call.

Called my land line. Didn't leave a message.
