My Machine picked up this call when I was getting to my busness phone at 8:34 PM eastern day light saving time.  I hear a woman voice and sound like a frind of my calling.  I picked up the telephone and said Hello two times and she was keep on talking.  It sound like a recording about the promotion so I hung up the telephone.  Everyday it is unbelievable that I getting more calls from those telemarketing, promotional or other scam companies than I get from all my clients who call me.  Those number come from out of New York State and many 800 numbers.  I know that all my clients have on 800 number show on my caller ID. I like to have these calls stop coming in. These call are interfere my busness.  I like somebody make a law that any recording should not make these calls.

same as 12/16/2008  about 8:45. pm. EST.  After wireless was physically disconnected.  Is This a Bot network checking on slave hosts?

Machine called and I said hello.  Four seconds goes by and machine said, my mistake. Sorry  let me catch these people and they made need a new sitdowm postion.

Called my home at 8:38 PM CST on Jan 5, 2009. When I answered, a female voice said "Sorry, my mistake" and hung up. *69 gave me the caller's number as 269-768-2301. What gives?

always calls...female recording says "sorry my mistake".  if i call back i get the could not be connected as dialed.  would gladly join a harassment suit..they call way to often.

8:30 Am hang up. I called back to receive automated reply asking me to leave message. No other info given.  I would like to apply physical pain to make them stop.  Judging from other info left here, what is the point of their calls and why can't we put them out of business?

Call came i at 8:37 CDT and after a pause during which I repeated "Hello?" several times, a computer-generated female voice said "My mistake; wrong number." and the connection was broken.

Our landline phone is listed with the National DO NOT CALL List, so our number wouldn't be valuable to telephone marketers. I suspect it may have been searching for FAX numbers and responded in the female voice when it didn't find one.

9pm. CallerID said "Inbound Call" with the number. I picked up and said, "hello" and immediately heard "Sorry about that" then a hang up.

Sunday, 4-19-09, sitting at dinner table, ring ring... kids shout "Michigan calling..." I know some folks there even though I'm in Va, but right when I answered it, My Mistake... hang up.

Whoever's doing this best get another way to pass the time. It's highly annoying. I'm glad to see people speaking out about this particular number.

I got the same call tonight.  I called back and got a machine I told them to never call again as I am on the do not call list and I will report them. Will see if they call again.

Received call and returned call, leaving messages.  Contacted the www.lucre company (is that like filthy lucre?? I wonder) company who stated they would have a technician block my number.  Our freakin' elected people need to be handling this.

05/25/09 called our home 8:36PM CST left a message on the machine about credit card processing service with a callback Nicole UBC 866-858-4540 will check that number out too.  Thing is my wife is a business owner.  Seems when you answer it is sorry wrong number but when you don't you get a callback message.

9pm on Monday evening...same crap as above  "sorry wrong number" when I picked up.  Id gives this number.  I own a business that is call forwarded here to I can't moan, but I still need to know.  Thanks everybody.

Got the same thing at 9 pm  I called the 616 number for steve listed above and left him a nasty voice mail.  I think I will call it 5 or 6 times a day just to piss them off.  Dallas, Tx.

Called about 8:30 PM local time on a Tuesday night.  Left call for machine, and the recorded message was offering credit card services.

Called about 8:45 PM local time on a Wednesday night. Recorded voice said "Sorry, my mistake" and hung up. Number called = small business.

I got this same call at 8:34 last night at the MOST inappropriate time - it ruined my concentration and took me another 6 or 7 minutes to finalize what I was just set to accomplish at the moment that that wretched automated female voice told me, "Sorry, my mistake" - it sure was her mistake!    Whomever owns that credit card processing company needs to be hung by their bits!

Have been receiving daily calls from this number.  When answering the call, there is no one on the line.  When I've called the number back it does not ring through.

Got a call at 8:43 p.m.  Didn't get to phone before they hung up.  I called the number back and the voice mail said that the party I was calling was unable to answer my call.  Probaby checking to see if anyone answers to find if anyone at home.  Could be advance call for possible break in, possibly to find when people at home to make a sales pitch.  Don't like it anyway.

Called on Tuesday Morning @ 8:00am.  Teleeurope answers no one on line. Heard beeps.
