Calling multiple times per day, leaving no message.

Got several calls from this number and it never picks up when it's called back.  Michigan number and I don't know why it's calling me several times in 2 days.

I have been getting 2 and 3 calls from 269-768-2316 for almost a month. I called the # back and it says it's a non-working number. they call day or night 7 days a week and never leave a message. 3/15/2014

calls from (269)768-2316 are unsolicited.  I don't answer them.

I got a call from this number 2-25. 8.41 pm.  Offered me starz  at no chatge for being a valued customer for so long.  The Caller ID showed DirecTV .  I was thrilled because it is the only pay channel i dont have. They said it should be turned on within 2 hours.  2 days later no starz?  I called DTV and gave them this phone #.   RJ Verified it is a phone number for their promotional department But he does not show that they called me.  Now I am getting worried feeling like I am being scammed But how would they know my name and know that stars is the only pay channel I don't have?  I asked to speak to a manager .  Her name was AC.  When she came on the line she immediately had an attitude.  She Said that she could see where the promotional department called me but I'm not eligible?  I asked her then why did they call me?  Then her tone of voice gets more defensive and says well you need to call that department and talk to them?  WTF!!  I said if I'm such a loyal customer and have been with you for over 20 years then why can't you help me?  She said I need to deal with them!  I said so your just  passing the buck, If I'm not eligible why did they call me.  She couldn't give me an answer.  I have had more problems with this company and especially with that new Genie system.  They don't give a xxxx once they get you in a contract.  Does anyone know of another website where I can post this to warn people about this Xxxx company?  For being a supervisor she does not know how to deal with the public. Apparently she does not care that their promotional department is getting their customers bad information!!

Thinking back to a couple of friends who briefly worked for a telescammer company; maybe the ones who hang up just hate their job as much as we hate them calling us.

Missed the call Friday, Feb 21, 2014; 9 PM MST. No message left. Looks like the phishers are at it again.

Called and when I answered, a man identified himself as Jose Gonzalez and then the phone was disconnected.

Wont leave a message, call all the time!

Calls through out day leaves no message. Annoying.

Called left no message. No caller-id.   Moved into my call block registry.

Keeps calling my cell but leaving no message.  I have Direct TV; however, my account is current; therefore, their collection agency would have no reason to call me if indeed this is a number for Direct TV collection agency

Answered and they said they were from DirecTv and they were offering me some discounted package, didnt listen after that and hung up.

This number keeps calling me and I do not answer only rings twice and they hang up. Very annoying,

got 2 phone calls from this number no message was left. Tired of getting these phone calls. Please stop it.

Answered today after getting a second call in on day. Turns out supposedly DireTV trying to get me to try more channels stars and shotime. Very persistent as well. Hung up after having to tell the girl a second time I didn't want to spend anymore money.

Erm.......................it's more than 5 years since this thread started and i am still getting regular calls from this number.

Best way I deal these idiots is to answer and Hello until they pick up they asked for so and so and politely say hold on ill get them let wait even with scammers time is money so I waste one minute now if there auto dialing and let's say 60 people do it that's one hour of lost time these people are losers and uneducated so I have fun with it..:-)

it's directv doing the scummiest thing ever. They tell you they've activated channels and immediately hang up the phone when you tell them no ... I had to call back to make sure they didn't add anything I was "going to be billed until I call and cancel"

This is a company that is hired by DirectTV to try and sell you additional DirectTV products that you have managed to live without thus far.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks.  My motto is, if I don't know the number I don't answer.  If it is legitimate they will leave a message.  After the first call, I searched the number to see what type of call I was getting.  Evidently it's not important because there hasn't been one message.  I have my number listed on the "Do Not Call List".  After I did that calls ceased, but not this one.

I totally agree.... I dont owe them I am paid up to date and they better get their stuff straight or I will change providers....

Stop calling my phone no. immediately!  Day - Night - If I want something I will call you - Frustrated when I try to call back I get NO answer!

Would appreciate this number being blocked from calling people.

This number keeps calling me and I call them back and it's an answering machine that says it's a direct TV response line.

Missed call from this number. Tried calling back and busy signal or an answering machine picks up saying "Enter Remote Access Code".

Just received a call from this number. The caller identified himself as a DirecTV "subscription agent" and told me that I had qualified for a free service upgrade for 6 months. Skeptical, I asked him what my current plan was. He could not tell me. After a prolonged period of silence, he started giggling. He composed himself momentarily to tell me that he was a member of the Illuminati and I was being screened for induction. He began chanting some indiscernible phrase that sounded like Latin, and the lights in my living room dimmed. I heard a knock at my door and I freaked out. The pictures on my walls started to tremble and the lights began flickering throughout my house. The knocking at the door grew louder and more aggressive. I finally screamed out, "I'm calling the cops" and everything subsided almost instantly.

I have not received a call back since.
