USELESS CALL NO GO SON OF A BICHES ,, ALL BULL CHIT F##K THEM

Got a call from 269-978-1197 aka CIB hispanic sounding woman trying to sell me dental insurance, I don't need it I have dental from when I retired from the military (dental plan I pay for).  I started getting calls like this when I was awarded my disability pay from the Social Security Administration.

I got a call from this # also at 6pm with caller ID  showing CIB.  I did not answer. My fax machine was on, which I  programed to pick up before the answering machine when the fax machine is on. So they could not leave a msg & they would have gotten the fax signal sound. Hopefully they won't call back thinking its only  fax line.

I forgot about air horns. Whistles and I had a friend that would hold the phone over the toilet and flush.

Just got a new cell phone and got a call from this number. I should of looked it up before I responded to the number, although I doubt it would of done any good because I am receiving 3-4 calls from them daily now. Plus other numbers are coming in from all over. All of them do not have a Caller ID either, so it is just random calls from all over. Reported it to the "do not call" registry, in which I have been registered every year since it started. Just insane with today's technology that we can't block these calls in a cell phone. What is worse is that it will keep happening with new numbers daily, so how do you stop it??? I have stopped responding to any calls that do not have any ID to them. It seems the only way for now.

I've reported them because no matter how many times under several different phone numbers they use, they will not stop calling. I've called the number back and hit their requested #1 to be placed on their do not call list.  It works for a few days, then it starts all over again.

I have gotten calls from this number every day for a couple weeks - usually the same time of day, always with a different sales message. I got fed up finally today and called it back, pressed one to get off the 'list'. We shall see if it works or not.

I just called and did the option 1 to be placed on their Do not call list.... for the FOURTH TIME. I just checked my caller ID and they have called a total of 15 times.... since mid Nov.

These f*ckers call me 3 times everyday! They're scamming us by selling us stuff! WHY CAN'T YOU STOP YOU F*CKERS!!!

Here is the scoop. These calls are being placed by "robocallers" to a BANK of phone numbers capable of 1,000 calls per hour. They're are very hard to trace and FCC is trying to do all they can to stop or control this.
However, the most simple way to stop these is by NOT ANSWERING THE CALL. Don't push any of the buttons and don't acknowledge that the phone number is in use. I know it is hard to maintain but EVENTUALLY the number will expire from their lists. Every time someone  presses "1" or any other number then the number is validated and added to the other robocaller systems so more and more idiots can assault people on their phone. They don't use the DNC since it is a bank of numbers such as 555-555-0000 to 9999 entered and away it goes...Good rule of thumb is: If you don't recognize the number then don't answer it. If someone really does know you then they will leave you a message. My cell is getting one of these calls now so I still have to put up with it. BUT a lot of the calls have stopped.

A bunch of STUPID F*CKS! Seriously, if these jack***es were hard at "work" to scam anyone out of anything, one would think that they would at least try a little harder. Whats the point in making a bunch of phone calls and not even attempt to "pull off" the scam??? seems senseless to me to call someone and hang up or not even answer when I try and call them back.

I'm just curious, so I try and call them back so I can f*ck with their heads with whoever is on the other end of the line.

I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" why am I still getting annoyin calls??  Our government is har at work I see??????????????

Caller ID says "Nat Enroll".  Did not answer.  I habitually look up unknown numbers that come in on this office phone.  I get BS calls all day.  This one is new, though.

Several factors are invoved here. First, I am almost convinced the Federal and State Governments are selling the numbers on the do not call list to the people. They seem to have have not only my public numer, but a private unlisted number and they call both. Secondly, technology has allowed them to disguise their actual identity and display a false number and a false ID on my caller ID.  So, without being able to trace back these callers, the Feds and the State are unable to prosequte. Often, these people are operating out of a foreign country, and are even harder to track.

I recently figured out how to disguise my number and reroute my calls through Canada via internet phone. If I can do it, these scammers are evn more sophisticated. Some times, I let the system take me through to a live scammer (not the voice recording) The when they are on the line, a $4.98 air horn from the local sports super store, does wonders. Hope it busts an ear drum.

THIS PHONE NUMBER SHOWED UP MY CALLER ID. MY PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE NO CALL LIST THIS NUMBER SHOWED AGAIN ON MY CALLER ID AND THE MACHINE IF I WANT THEM TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR CALLING LIST PRESS. It stated it take 24hrs to have my number removed. It is 72 hrs since the call. I THINK IT TIME TO SUE THESE COMPANY DISOBEYING THE NO CALL LIST.

I'm not sure where this person is coming up with all these names and phone numbers off of this one call & number especially if in fact he didn't even answer it. Pressing a button on the phone does NOT give anyone your information & they can NOT hack into your phone to make calls like you are talking about.

I got a call from these people today & it was a recording about Health Insurance. If you were interested in more information you could press 1. Since that was the only option I did & asked them to remove my number. They said it would be done within 24 hours.

No need to be paranoid every phone call. Just use common sense. As long as you haven't given anyone your information they can't hurt you.

They are NOT actual telemarketers of a LEGITIMATE company! They attempt to get ANY information you will GIVE them in order to USE your IDENTITY for THEIR BENEFIT. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS, IN FACT - DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE if you don't recognize the number!

I learned the hard way.  It all started with a simple hello when I answered a call from one of the above #'s. Flash forward several weeks later - I just had Windstream repair out here because I thought my phone was going crazy (caller id was showing my KNOWN incoming callers as different #'s from different states all across the US.) Windstream tracked the problem down to an incoming call from "MB Enterprises" out of Florida.  They told me these scammers get you to answer your phone, then they latch onto your # and use it to run up long distance calls and God only knows what else. Apparently, that mb enterprises was posing as "Windows computer repair" to try and extract info from unsuspecting people to gain access into their computers as well.

BOTTOM LINE:  ****** IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO'S # IT IS - DON'T ANSWER! *****

Three calls in one week with a prerecorded message about insurance. Donotcall.gov does not help. They get cell phone numbers from somewhere to disrupt peolpe's day at work! Shameless and greedy "people".
