I get calls and it says scottsvl ky on my id but never answer and no message left on voicemail The do not call list is suppose to stope calls like this but the system don't work

The name of the company is the Credit Voice. The address that they are calling from is 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL. Mike Hilgar is the manager of this telemarketing firm.

This number has been showing up on Caller ID for about a coupla weeks now as Scottsville, KY. As I usually don't take calls from towns I wait for my answering machine to pick up. This robo-call number usually hangs up before the answering machine can answer. Yesterday's call actually left a message. The robot uses an enthusiastic male salesman voice, drops names of two non-profit groups as recommendations, and tries to "sell" you a free medical alert system. Unfortunately my recording started after the spiel so I didn't get the name of the actual company that called. It uses the "press 1 to speak to a rep." and "press 5 to be removed."
