received call from someone at work.  don't know who called but would like for them to stop

This number calls and never leaves a message. I answered it finally and you can hear people talking in the background, but then they just hang up without saying anything to you!

they call me daily, I do owe a hospital bill but them calling me daily and hanging up and not leaving messages isn't going to get me to pay sooner....I have made arrangements so they really need to quit calling!

Jan 21, I received the same kind of call. She would only tell me who the Company name is but, would not explain what was her reason for calling. She wanted my birthday and home address information. I told her I wasn't giving her anything until she explain more. She became very rude and wanted to know "how am I to mail something to you if you want give it to me.?" I told her. I don't know and hung up.
I work for the Police.
They maybe legit, but the way they handle things. Something isn't right.

My experience was the same as the writer above me.  They have called but never left a message.  When I answered the phone, the lady asked said her name was Theresa Morgan and if I was so-and-so. I replied "yes" and she said I needed to verify my birthday.  When I told her I don't know her and would not verify any personal information, she hung up.  Something shady going on....

This company had called at my place of employment and had asked for me so I said speaking and then she wanted me to give her my birthday to verify it was me so I asked her what this was about and she stated it was a personal matter, so then I told her that I will not give her my personal information unless I know what the call was about. I put her on hold for a minute and she hung up. My guess its a shady collection agency because most companies would not hang up and any type of legit collections will be mailed to you at your home address before them calling you. Never give anyone your information or pay anyone for anything unless you know that its a legit company, so many collection agencies are shady and will tell you anything to get money out of you including telling you that you will be prosecuted, judgement will be served, ect...its a scare tactic. If they can't give me direct information regarding the situation and is unwilling to send it in writing then most likely they are not legit.

Called and stated they were Frost and Arnett Lawyers. Ask me if I was (My Name) I said yes. Then they ask for my birthday to verify it was me. I said you called me I'm not giving you any personal information and hung up.

This call is coming from Frost Arnett Collection Company out of Campbellsville, KY.  They call and never leave a message.

Called on Nov 20 but did not leave a message.  Other sites claim this number is held by a person in Campbellsville, KY.  Except the name is extremely long.  More research yielded an actual company name...and the company is the Frost-Arnett collection agency.
