Calls but doesn't leave a message - who is the caller?

I keep getting these calls also sometimes 3 a day. I tried calling back and only get a busy signal. Does anyone know how to get them to stop. This is annoying!

It's? Weird... I don't know who it is, It's getting super annoying though...

Alan that is te best thing to do. Leagally if you say "Take me off the list" they MUST take you off that moment because if not you are allowed to file a legit complaint and they get a big time fine. I work for a call center and a lot of the time pple do get upset and just scream bad words..my friends will purposley put call back in 30 min or something just to be dicks but they cant do that if they actually say take me off the list.  Every day we sit down at a computer and records of people that have asked for information on furthering their education come up. All of the information from full names dates of birth ...high school grad year and full street address also emails come up and we phone making sure they are still interested in what they asked for and making sure it wasnt a mistake..usually its  a mistake and we are supose to naturally take them off the list but because the job is commission we sometimes press sales onto these people. We only make a small commission on someone allowing the school to call...the reall money for all the company is when the person applys to the school...app fees can be 100$'s and believe me thats when pple get punked. We are technically allowed to say our service is free because we dont charge to have a shool call you. You are doing us a fav....and usually getting tricked with s*** schools id never look into. Id rather a community collage..oh and pss there are to many people that wrk in our office that dont even have GED's to be offering out collages!!!!! wtf is that. oh and psss i know to many ppl who place the calls get told off then take down that persons number email street address and person infomation...I have no idea what they do with it but it sure cant be good....i know this happens at all call centers...if effed up.

I work for a call center that actually calls pple that put information online and ask to be contacted by "student advisors" Even when I was online i fell for this crap and now i have the same number trying to contact me for about a week and I always miss the call. When I try to call it back I get a busy tone. I know its a virginia number...I just need to get them on the phone to tell them to take me off the list. You would think Id know better. Ps usually they dont contact you unless you check off that you are intrested in school but it happens anyways so just say Take me off the list. Leagally  we have to do that or its against the law and you can file a complaint. Oh and pss dont be mean unless they r rude cause Im a singel mom and my call center is the only way i can provide good money for my four year old son. Its good commission and the job has been very leanent with day care probs that Ive had not like other strict sched jobs. Thank you so much for you time. Tiffany Ann.

Got a missed call form this number. Called it back its an online college
I told them to take me off their call list

I just got a call from this number and didn't answer it.  No message left.  I got a call about 30 seconds before this (which I mistakenly answered) from an online college.  My guess would be all the online colleges got my number at the same time.

Got a call from these people too. my guess is telemarketer. just don't answer.

i got a call from this number 5 mins after i filled out this thing for a gaming career. maybe that has something to do with it.
