Received a call from 279-000-6926.  They claim to be from "Card Services" and want to see if you "qualify" for lower interest rates on Visa/MasterCard.  Of course, they want your card number too. I asked the telemarketer what bank she represented and we were promptly disconnected.

How can a telemarketer sleep at night knowing that they are scamming people all day long?
