Yes thia lady called me and two family members saying the same thing, and called another famliy member yesterday, what can we do about it?

i received a call from this same lady I  in fact looked into what she was saying I did get a loan and didn't pay back when I called the company that gave me the loan it made since to me when they told me that they sold my case to many different collection agency and that I can b picked up on criminal charges... I payed my out of court resituation to clear my name I have also received my letter as well

This woman, Tracy Butler, contacted me about my mother and some supposed warrants. I found these postings about it being a scam and contacted Ted Scott with Verity Investigations, via a number someone else had listed. He informed me that they're trying to scam money out of people and has nothing to do with his company.

I tried to get Tracy to send me something via email stating that my mom owed this, but she said it wasn't a debt, it's a legal matter (which made little sense: a debt is still a debt), and they didn't send any kind of documentation out to people, until the money had been paid. Then they would send my mom a letter of exoneration. She said payments were handled through the Restitution department, but wouldn't give me their number so that I could speak with them.

The company name that appeared on my caller ID was F C I.

My dad received a call from Tracy. She threatened legal action if I didn't pay. I asked for something in writing to be sent to my email. I googled the company and found an investigation is being done to find out who is using their company name. If you receive a call from this number report it to Ted Scott 901-496-3505

Sge called me as well. I have read its not legal for them to do this.

Just recieved a call today. Spoke with her said they are turning this over to the state attorney in my county from NC Financial for a bad check.

Did this woman use the name of Tracy Butler?

A woman called my work place from this number saying i got a payday loan which i know i never applied for and that i could settle out of court if i paid a certain amount of money

Women appear to be African America, received other calls from the same voice under difference phone numbers. She said that she had my case on her desk concerning a payday loan or something.

they call me on my cell phone during my work hours; have asked them not to.
