We should set a google account for everyone to register their email and I will take it to a b*****d of an attorney.

Hey, I just got a Go-Phone , 281-208-1093 calls me everyday. Maybe the person who had this number before me had credit trouble. It's my guess.

Capitol One.   They have a ton of #s and call you from them all.

I keep getting calls too, at all hours & no message left. Does cap 1 have stock in the phone co.? I must have at least 20 - 30 no. that they call from. I am unemployed for the summer so they haven`t gotten a payment since mid June, and the next one won`t be til sept., but try telling the idiots that call that. They think you can pull money out of your a** or somewhere. when there`s no money, there`s NO money. We all have probably paid off the credit card co. twice what their owed because of all the fees. Wish we could charge them for all the phone calls!!!

I am sorry to hear all of you are out of work. But I want to warn you in case you are thinking about bankruptcy. Only go Chap 7 do not do 13 I did an it was a train wreck and its now 12 years later and my credit is still screwed up. Plus the trustees hold on to your payments to them and only pay the creditors every 2 months which further screws up your situation even worse than before plus the lawyer is paid upfront...I feel its better to call your creditors and arrange a very small pay back scheme till we can get the crooks out of DC both parties term limits is our only hope

I switched to a different cell phone number and Capital One called my new number over and over again from different numbers even though I'm not a customer. I emailed webinfo@capitalone.com and nicely explained to them what was going on and gave them my number. I didn't expect them to do anything but they emailed me back saying my number is off the list and I haven't received a call since!!!!

We get calls from this number and multiple other ones. Caller ID says Capital One. Most times they don't even answer when I say hello. When they do answer, I ask them not to call again. They are very rude. They call 7 days a week...multiple times each day!

I pay my bill on time every month. This is some bogus telephone solicitation from them. I went so far as to register a complaint with Capital One with their fraud department at abuse@capitalone.com and informed them to STOP calling me. I have documented the dates and times of all calls. After my efforts of telling them to stop harassing me, I continue to receive calls. I have now filed a complaint against them with the FCC. It's easyt to do at www.fcc.gov. If that doesn;t work, I want to file a class action law suit against them for harassment and invasion of privacy.

If enough people get involved and voice their opinion, we can stop these people.

It is capital one.  They call every morning at 08:13am, 9:31am,11:01am, 12:36p, 3:00p, 3:31p & 3:32p(back to back call), 5:14p, 6:56p, 8:14p, 8:54p & sometimes near 9:16p.  I thought by Fair Debt Collection Act they could only call between certain times not to exceed 8:00p in the evening.  They also call from several different numbers including area codes from many different areas of the country.  I have received an automated call from them from an international number. Thought that wasn't right at all!

Capitol One!! They call from so many different numbers it is hard to keep track of them. I was laid off in August and have fallen only one month behind in my bills. They call up to 12 times a day. I don't want to talk to them so I dodge their calls. During the middle of all this,they also have an automated system that calls me everyday trying to solicit my business for their checking/savings accounts.

Once you guys get your cards paid off.. CANCEL Capitol One cards, they outsource to both India & The Philippines and thats why those morons cant pronounce any names nor can you you understand half of what their saying.

Then again, as I just lost my job due to the economy and now have to file bankruptcy, most people have no idea credit agency's MAKE MONEY not lose when a person has to file.

This is Cap 1.  They leave a message first time they call, but not on subsequent calls.

It might be CapitalOne, but it may not always be collections (since I'm not late with any payments, but I am near my credit card limit).  Been getting a lot of calls from Capital One (from different CallerID numbers). I don't answer since I don't recognize the number. If there's something important, Capital One can send a letter.  Don't need to waste my time talking on the phone with them.

I have been getting numerous calls a day from this number.
It is a automated call, and when it goes into voice mail, it comes on and then someone real starts saying hello! But then they hang up when no one answers!...
Can't find any info on them.
