I have the same problem they call that  i made a online loan back in 2010  and  deposit in my checking account check  my bank statement nothing been deposit. The next day they call me that if u  dont pay  they will call police and arrest  me. So i called the  busniess bureau and say they sounded  like a scam and they did not follow  procdure for a dept company, so if u see this number 2812482117 its a scam.

EXACTLY!  I got a call from (281) 305-0051 and it was from a Mr. Surtane. He put me thru to another person who informed me of the two charges...blah blah blah. I had originally received a call earlier in the week from him and called back and got a voicemail. I hit 0 and went to another voicemail of Smith and Associates. Who knows how many scams are out there from this company. Oh and he also texted me with just his number. Ugh

Have you looked up Hill, White, and Associates?  It does NOT exist.  Yes, they are very polite, but considering they accused me of two counts of criminal charges with a payday loan from a company I never applied with, AND I cannot look up their business anywhere, it is completely a hoax.  Not only that, but when the call comes up on my caller ID, it shows up as the business "A Place for Mom."
