I keep getting calls from this company. They are into recruiting. They called me up at work and had the audacity to ask if I was looking for a job. I'm not actively looking for a job and they hunted me down based on my LinkedIn profile. They are bunch of Pakistani's. I'd sue them if I couldnt convince my director I was looking for another job.

I'm also appalled at the obvious education level of way too many of the respondents on this site.  Spelling and grammar are atrocious.  And to think some of these people with their obvious lack of education, and of which I would be willing to bet $100 to a donut, that more that 70% only speak one language, have the nerve to make fun of someone trying to speak a tongue not their own.

It takes all kinds... And most of those are so self-righteous it's a wonder we made it past the Dark Ages...

I'm not shilling for Talent Logic, cause I could care less one way or the other, but I do care about Americans and why the rest of the world hates us with such a passion. White ain't necessarily right.. White is usually way too uptight and WAAAY to self-righteous...

Just to wade in this pool of ignorance that this company fills with ease from its' employees, it begs at least one call. Good times.

This staffing company attracts retarded people. They should change their application to simply one process - whoever can write a review of the company, good or bad, with a sixth grade or better education gets a big gold star! All others should be punished because obviously their parents let them stay up too late to use the computer. These people have to be shills for advertising this agency. The ignorance from message to message is simply too ridiculous to be taken seriously. My bet is that this is a school project.

Congratulations on entertaining your audience! Pat yourselves on the back for being the future reality TV show writers - and you're only in second grade too! Bravo! The goal when you achieve the third grade is to properly convey and articulate what you write. It is "simply amazing!" Hyperbole at its' best; that's the 4th grade though ;-)

This is shady recruiting agency. Their staff all have thick accents with some having the fake ones which make them outright incomprehensible. The kicker is that I could overhear the recruiter making fun of my accent when he was chit chatting with some colleague of his. I directly questioned as to his current location and he kept outright lying to me that it was Houston. He couldn't even name 3 other cities in this state let alone who the governor was or if mexico was above or below Texas.

Anyways, after some interaction and via their linkedIN profiles, I found out they were all Mohammedans pretending to be Anglo's. It's scary because you just can't trust these people especially the P*** variety in that region. The main account guy named bobby or barry sounded like he was masturbating throughout the call.

I'd stay clear and report these numbers to the FCC, because they are clearly violating some kind of law with such willful and ignorant misrepresentation of who they are and where they are located. They are handling sensitive bio data and working with HR teams at companies and cannot have the guts/decency/honesty/pride to live up to their Mohammedan names and backgrounds.

If you are a real Challenger to take any task then it would be easy to work in any Staffing Company. I worked in different companies with different environments and My managers know better than you whether Iam capable or not. Only genuine Recruiters can survive in this company but not fake people or people who waste their and Company's time. I still remember the best thing of this Company is "Salary will be credited on last working of the month". Every company will have their own standards and you have to follow those standards. If you are not happy then start your own and you will feel the real pain...

Let me share my experience that I had with this stinky company Talent Logic and its moron CEO Siva P Tayi with the world.
I got a call from Talent Logic to come down for an interview for the "US Recruiter" job role at the Hyderabad branch.After I landed at the office,I was asked to take off my shoes and leave it outside because apparently you are not supposed to wear them in the office (this is the weirdest thing I have ever come across in my entire corporate career.And if that is not enough,I asked the security guy what if the employees want to go to the restroom,to which he replied "there is a common pair of slippers that all the employees have to use if they want to use the washroom.I almost puked at that moment).

I had the first round of the interview with the HR (who was rude but did nothing but comment about my attitude and my family background,like he was some family counselor) and said the next round of interview will be with the CEO on the phone following which I happened to speak to this ill mannered guy after waiting for 1 complete hour.

First of all,the network was choppy and his voice was breaking up (dude,you make a lot of money,spend some of it on a better mobile network provider) and the first question he asked me was "Tell me about your Sales experience" which sounded like "Tell me about yourself",which is the most common question that any sane head of the company asks in a professional interview  to which I replied by introducing myself to which he lost his cool and asked me not to speak whatever b***s*** comes to my mind.

I have attended many interviews in the past for big companies where every single person I came across at the top most level was so courteous and polite and made people feel at ease but this mentally deranged b*****d was shouting at the top of his voice right from the first word he spoke.I almost hung up the phone given the way how this guy was talking to me.

He questioned my credentials at my previous organization and asked if I am indeed speaking the truth.Listen to me you mother f****ng c***,people attend an interview to get a job,not to get insulted..If you were in front of me that day,I would have smashed your face with a baseball bat.You call yourself an entrepreneur?Shame on you.Learn some manners.If I ever reach your position one day,I will make sure that I treat people with respect.Too bad that you do not do it.

Tremendous? That is not the word you should be using. I wonder how you might have worked in that premises for 2 years unless you are so incapable to work for a professional company. The moment I was told to leave my shoes out for an interview I could understand what kind professionalism they are maintaining.. Use one pair of slippers for all the employees to go to washroom? Omg!!!!! Dont event talk abt professionalism here... Recruiter Rahul, poor guy doesnt even understand working for 2 different processes within the same company in 3+ years are not breakups and was tryin to point on that... Wonder how these kin .of people can create a motivational work environment..ask Maria something about the company? She will ask you to go to website and check and disconnects you call with no courtesy.. Is this the company your are praising? Sorry to say, you havent worked in a real professional company...Pathetic is the word I would use for this company..

Talent Logic, Indian-owned recruiting company incorporated in TX with many Indian-based recruiters. Recruiter is trying to staff US-based positions. I do not deal with such non-US companies as I wish to keep US money in the US. These morons have called me repeatedly, telling me that they have a full time job  and that it is very important that I call them.  Competent recruiters would tell me something about what the job is and where it is located and what unique skills or combination of skills I possess that make me a good candidate.  I have a full time job so I have no good reason to waste my time with recruiters who suck at their jobs.  The jobs posted on their website might have interested me 15-20 years ago.  Better to work with firms that care about their reputation and the candidates they present.

These d****eads call me continously and hang up before telling me what the hell they want.  I they don't stop it, I'm going to take whatever legal action is necessary.

Talent Logic is great company as I worked in this company for almost 2 years. People enjoy working in Talent Logic and this company has great Regional, Staffing Directors and BDMs. Specially CEO Siva Tayi is a great person and is available to talk with any small or big employee in the company. He is also a great coach for interviews. Barry and Bob are the best Operations professionals and they are having many years of strong experience in this industry. They have great experience in handling people. Melvin also has around 10 years of experience in this industry and all are very high level professional. They have many direct clients and they are placing so many candidates every month. Some bull s*** people will not survive and blame employees and company. The experience which I had with Talent Logic is tremendous.

Company is a scam, siva tayi-CEO of the company, is b*****d who always curse indians in front of his employees, he is a f****r. siva is the most incapable ceo ever seen he has no knowledge of management and work sense. anther comes barry zubair and bob najjee both of them are bigger a***oles than anyone. both of them are trying to recruit only there muslim friends, relatives. they both sucks and does not know to speak english, they are manuplative, diplomat f****. then melvin armstrong who is a watch man of the company, just get paid for how many times peple go to pee and eat, divorced twice but still desperate for girls and hits on every girl.
