Having the exact same experience as listed above, but they are calling my niece in the Pacific Islands.  It's all a scam, but beyond humiliating, none-the-less.  Ug.

They called me as well, from 469-919-5785 -- Belinda Blair left me a voicemail and when I called back I spoke to Mr. Levine.  They said that a felony warrant would be issued for my arrest in Dallas County if I did not pay within 2 hours of the phone conversation, and said that I would be held for 120 days (and that it just got worse from there).  I went ahead and called the city, county and state to make sure nothing was pending against me (it wasn't) and have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the FTC.  

Debt collection agencies have no legal right to threaten arrest for failure to pay a debt.  They can sue you, but cannot issue warrants or have you put in jail.  This is a scare tactic used by many of these blood sucking leeches and it's increased due to the warrant round ups going on in 2014 - the Attorney General's office told me they've had a spike in complaint calls due to these illegal practices.

Got same call claiming same charges and saying in 2 hrs if I don't pay 1, 102 there be warrant for my arrest had my personal info which surprised me but called from a different number 469-919-5785 I called it back rings 12times then says Michael Goldstein processing. Got my family members calling me cause they told I would be having warrant no bond

I have also received threatening calls from this Jodi Scott regarding something in 2010 that I paid on 12/28/10 but she continues to call me and leaves messages for me to conduct myself accordingly.  I am a professional woman and always conduct myself in such a manner, however, if I ever saw this woman it might be another matter.....

I received a call from JODY SCOTT with COMPLIANCE  at 832-412-4934  ... hung up on the "lady"

I received a call from a Jodi Scott supposedly from a place called "Compliance." She was looking for my daughter and said there were two felony charges against her and that if he didn't respond, there would be warrants issued for her arrest. These aren't the only ones doing this!!!  It is a scam!!!!  There is another number you should be on the lookout for as well.... 800-374-6151. These people claimed they were calling from a place called "LRG." They left a very intimidating-sounding message saying there item "returned to them from my bank."  They left a case number. I tried calling several times and never could get a live person. I looked up the number online and found a forum just like this one with many other people receiving the same message. Today I finally got a live person on the phone. I told her no one was going to arrest my daughter but when I found out who they were, THEY would be the ones in jail. She kept talking over me and saying my daughter and I would both be in jail. I told her to get a legal job an called her a crook. She finally hung up on me. I'm keeping this number for days that I need to unload on someone. Don't give them any PERSONAL or BANK INFORMATION.

I recieve a phone call from a Lisa Powers from there processing department very rude and nasty individual. It is a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Please report it to your Attorney General's office. I was told that they are operating out of the State of Texas. Here is the number to Texas Attorney General Office to report it as well 512-463-2100.

FYI, I am in Florida and im sure how they threaten and make themselve out to be somekind of law enforcement. Im sure its not legal.

Pulled the same thing on me today saying warrant out for bank fraud.  I told them I was a private investigator and that I was going to report them to the Attorney General's Office.  She was nasty etc.  Matter of fact it's illegal in my State for debtors to make threats. Good thing I know the Attorney General.  Will file a complaint on these people immediately.

Recieved a call from this number the Message said they are from compliance. I called back and it has to do with a PayDay Loan that was not repaid. they said they are charging me with Bank Fraud and  Grand larceny and I will be arrested within 24hrs if I did not resolve the issue.
I check out what they can do and found out absolutly nothing they can do. Its a scare tactic and its not legal. Their is no Debtors prison. Now I think i will turn the tables and mess with them

I recieved the same call today, saying that their will be a warrant out for me for bank fraud.  Its scare tactics and they cant do what the threaten, and im sure its not legal. Debtors prison was abolished what 100 years ago. They are just blowin smoke

I got two calls from them today on my number for the Pinger app. Calling for a guy named Pete, wanted on felony charges. Called twice and left basically the same message. "If you fail to respond... please call my office immediately".

I called to tell them I wasn't Pete and was put on hold in the Processing department. Who knows.

I've received at least 3 calls from this number,today.I let my answering machine pickup,because the number was unknown to me.There was only static on the messages.

Received calls from this place LRG about check fraud and they had a warrant for my arrest but if I could pay $1202.00 with in two hours they would drop charges. Supposedly this was from 2010 and the last known address that they have on me is actually a soybean field!!!! there is no such address as they claimed to where I  lived at!!! They called my elderly mother in law got her upset telling her that I was going to prison for 120 days before I could even see a judge then I was going to spend 3 years in prison after that. And if that wasn't bad enough they went as far as calling my brother in law with the same story!! Asking both of them to pay my bill to help me out. All of this would have been okay except I don't have a checking account and haven't had one in several years... This is a scam so please watch out for this company by the way this is not the only phone number that they use one other  is 800-374-6151 one time it is a female calling you the next is a man using the name of Michael Goldstein!!!!
