this number called me, hung up when I answered. Yesterday I had spent an hour dealing with two debt collectors hassling me over a toll  violation, Texas toll ,
it had already been paid but seems the debt collector didn't get the message and they were jerks about it even though it was THEIR mistake, Texas toll people said it was paid in July and they would contact them to stop the harassment that was UNJUSTIFIED since it was paid months ago. The toll people were helpful, polite and NOT condescending like the debt collector jerks.
Also last week received a text saying payment confirmation for $156.  to PAYGOD
So, is the caller a disgruntled debt collector that got schooled or the scammer (I assume) that sent the text? Blocked the text # and now will block this #.

Received call on cell while driving. No caller ID. Declined the call and no message was left.

Called me Friday night 8:15 p.m.

One ring. No message. I'm not calling them back. Illegal cell phone calling telemarketing scum. I have no idea what company they represent. Whatever it is, they have a big "L" on their foreheads.

Rang twice; no one there when I answered.  5:36P in the evening.  Looked up the phone and got to this page.

Dental Plan Sales spammers. Found this out on cellbust.com

Got the call around 12:40 pm, I knot its late, but b*****d woke me up.

This number just called me. It's a brand new phone of mine, new number and all and I'm supposed to be in class but am home sick. This person didn't leave a voicemail or anything.

Got a call on my cellphone from this company at 12:01 p.m. and it rang 3 times, and they left no message. Went to 800notes.com searched the number and found this page. Why doesn't anyone stop these telemarketers from calling our cellphones, especially when mine is on the do not call list registry.....

Got a call on my phone really weird

Got a call at 3:10pm EST from this number and when I picked it up the call was disconnected.  Google searched it and found this page.

They just rang my on-call work cell phone at 5:50 PM and left no message.

Received a call at 7:50am and didn't answer.  Called back and it was a recording for a free prescription card for someone making less than $65K/yr.  I recently filled out a request to combine my credit card bills so I have been getting phone calls all over.

281-397-0158 called my cell at 7:56am. Caller ID only showed #  Did not leave a message  It's a Sunday. Is there not a law that stops telemarketers from calling on a Sunday???

I received a call on my cell from this number. This is a prescription card request line. Probably a marketing ploy.

called my cell at 6:30pm. Didn't answer, it rang about 4 times. My number has been on the DNCL for a long time, have even re-registered on it several times, but the Do Not Call List just seems to be as big a scam as these callers. Just another way for someone to get a government paycheck for doing nothing! They sure don't seem to be trying to stop these harassing phone calls.

KEEPS CALLING NO MESSAGE LEFT

Received a call this afternoon, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize this number. Reached an answering machine asking me to leave name and address so they can mail me a "prescription card"

got a call from this number at 8:35 pm on saturday. rang once and when I answered no one on other end.

I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST SO I SHOULDN'T BE GETTING THESE CALLS IN THE FIRST PLACE. LIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT AND DID NOT GET AN ANSWER ON CALL BACK. ONLY A BUSY SIGNAL.

Got a call from this number few days back. What if they are actually checking online as well to see if someone they called is leaving their name and other info? Please do not use your real name or identity here.

Received call 19:17Z on 8 Feb 2012 from this number. Caller disconnected shortly after I answered.

Called and received a computerized voice announcing that I've reached:
United States Prescription Card Department (Operated by stupid uneducated idiots)

After all the mumbo jumbo, I was asked to announce my name.
