Something called United States Dental Insurance Dept. Uh huh... Auto answered with Duew to heavy call volume... Blocked the number.

Received the same call. Did not answer. They left NO message. This is what happens whenever you apply for credit, submit various applications for whatever, sign your documents to get home or auto insurance, open bank or savings accounts, fill out hospital admission forms, etc. If you read the Fine Print, you are giving them YOUR authorization to "share" (usually for their profit) YOUR personal information including, but not limited to, your YEP, Phone Number! Makes little difference if you even think of telling them NOT to share your personal and confidential information, YOU gave them WRITTEN consent. And that is all that counts....... Fire every Politician who has agreed to allow businesses to exploit your privacy!

hung up when I answered.  Thankful that my phone has auto-reject, I will add the number now and never be bothered by them again.

Got this unwanted and unsolicited call on Sunday afternoon.  Don't appreciate such junk mail calls, which is spam as far as I am concerned.  I didn't answer.  Anytime I get a call from a number I don't recongnize, if they hang up after only one to three rings, then I know it's probably a computer-generated dialing call = telemarketer.  I don't know what they are selling, but I don't want it.  Thanks for this site!

Just found a missed call from this number, don't know how they got it but I dont think I'll be returning it. Especially since they didnt leave a voicemail. P.S. the call came in about 3pm

They called my cell phone.  If I get a call that I don't recognize, I don't answer it.  Looked it up and found this post.  ugh!!!!!

i got a call from this number on thanksgiving day on my cell phone i dont know this number or aera code so didnt answer, it has to be a sales thing it  bites that they can get you cell number  and when you are sitting having prayer  before dinner call was ay 2;17pm  nov.22,2012

got a call from this number just now.  I always like to hit the answer key and then just set the phone down so at least it costs them a few cents.

My cell ph rang twice and then they hung up.  I never answer calls from numbers I don't know anyway, so I didn't pick up. I always google ph numbers I don't know.  Especially out of state calls.

Got two calls on a Saturday afternoon...no way of knowing how they got my cell #.  I believe they are the same company that recently sent mail to my late husband's name stating that they had "uncovered assets in his name" and he should send a copy of he driver's license (and other info) and for a percentage of that total, they would send that money to him.  I threw out the letter.  

Now, about a week later, I'm getting phone calls from the same company on MY cell phone?  This is very, VERY suspicious!

Called here today, was on another important call and didn't answer. Usually don't answer unknown numbers, especially out of local area codes, as this one is (Houston TX). Need to get rid of this cell phone, never used to get unsolicited calls. Was on the Do Not Call List, but it doesn't seem to matter as of late. Blocked but doubt that matters...

These companies know which blocks of numbers are cell numbers and just call them at random.

I AM ON THE "DO NOT CALL LIST" AND I RE-DO IT EVERY 6 MONTHS.  SEEMS WORTHLESS AS WE STILL GET UNWANTED CALLS.

MY HOME PHONE IS PROGRAMED THAT MY NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT UNKNOW CALLERS.  THAT REALLY CUT IT DOWN ON THESE MARKETERS.

WHY CAN WE DO IT ON OUR CELL PHONES ?   AND ---  HOW DID THEY GET MY CELL PHONE #

Got a call from this 2:25pm, but hung up after 2 ringing before I could answer, and no voice mail.

This is a affiliate of a company there AS SEEN ON TV brands. I am getting calls on my cell phone from this number and about 8 others and that's what it is. I went to asseenontv.com and ordered a few things and now my phone is being blown up. When I ordered from them that was giving them permission to sell my phone number. I wonder if there is a way to stop it? I have now blocked the numbers and also register your phone number on the donotcall.gov

I just received a call from this # as well, and the caller ID stated Steve Whatley. When I answered, the caller immediately hung up.

Got a call from them today. Saturday at 11:00am. Hung up when I picked up. Didn't call back.
