Sad thing is, I'm Chun Evans and i have NO idea who these people are or what they want. They have crossed so many legal lines with all the harassing calls to my work, parents home, mother's place of employment, etc. What can i do about this?

Attorney at North Dallas Law firm received a v/m from this phone# saying this was the 3rd and final documented attempt to contact Chun Evans and our office # was listed as an emergency contact # for him. This was the final attempt to reach him and there are 2 formal allegations pending against him to be filed with the State of Texas and we should return the call immediately; he also failed to respond to a mandatory 10 day notice.  (never said notice to or for what...never identified the entity calling...never said what the offense was nor what the repercussion was for failure to appear and since when does the state of Texas care about emergency #s for individual people?)
The female callers is clearly reading off a script since the speech was so rushed/hurried she barely took a breath and at the ends she instructs you the listener: "to govern yourself accordingly and Good Luck."  The attorney called the # back, worried it might be for a client, and the caller ID says "$0.75" ...weird.  I don't know what the game is other than to waste time and maybe squeeze money out of the person who answers...but why leave a message?   Call came in at 9:02am Friday 6/14/13

I received a call from this number. The gal said her name was Jody Scott and that I had received and ignored a Mandatory Notice. When I asked what this was referring to she refused to tell me exactly what it was about. She read off an old address and asked if I was still at that address. I told her no and left it at that. She said that she was transferring me to an officer and to hold, not asking, being very rude. A guy then gets on the line and says he is David Lavin (not sure of spelling) He said he was a compliance officer. I asked what company or division of law inforcement he was with and he said I was being rude and didn't answer my questions. I asked what this was about and he refused to give me details. Said if I wasn't going to comply that he would terminate the call. So I told him to terminate the call. He then told me that I would be stuffed in the back of a sheriffs vehicle today and I told him to personally come and get me (laughing while saying it becuase his threat was absurd).. He then terminated the call.

Received a call from this number the person claims they are from a compliance dept.  They lie and said final paper were being sent because they said I never respond.  I knew they were not telling the truth because there were never any paper mailed to my address.  They never mention the company  name and they end their call with a I wish you good luck.

They called my ex-husband looking for me.  Report them to the FTC.  There is a form on their website for all of these calls.  You will get a case/file number so if these people call you back let them know they are not to call you, your family, nor your work and let them know they have been reported to the FTC and give them the case number.

I also just got a call from this number. Person said his name was Jason Smith (how original "Smith"). Claimed I did not respond to papers sent me about two complaints against me. After reading the other complaints about this number, I did not call back.

I just got a call too saying I was to be arrested at noon today on two felony fraud charges unless I paid the restitution by moneygram. I could turn myself into the Sheriff's dept to make it easier. Wow!! Another scam!!

I and a friend of mine received calls from this number saying that I had two felony fraud charges against me.

Just got a call from this number saying that i was being brought up on federal charges for fraud in a state that i never lived in. Just another scam artist trying to take peoples money!!!
