Called us, saying it was for HR department to set up a payment system on a debt.  Won't say who they are, VERY rude.  Than got a call from 858-694-3900 right after.  THIS IS A SCAM!

This company sent papers to my job three weeks ago. i had a garnishment for a old bill i had. I called the next day and they stoped the action. all i had to do was get into a payment plan. I would ask for Tim Banks he was a real nice guy.

Got a call saying that documentation would be filed with the HR Dept. of our company on Thurs., morning at 9:00 a.m.   No mention of any problem, who they were calling, why they were calling, any parties involved, or anything helpful.   I don't know who they are, but there is no HR dept. and this is a residence number they are calling.

I got a call from the same number. I spoke to a Mike Snyder.He was a little rude at first but he did help me get my propblem taken care of. if you have any dealing with them just ask for a manager and they will help you out.

these people (man claiming to be mark simmon) just called saying they are from a judges office in my county and in order to stop a bench warrant for the arrest of my aunt, she must call back immediately. scum.  owing debt does not put you in jail.  impersonating an officer of the court is a crime. scum.

I got this call saying  there is a claim # (not sure if it is  a claim against me or if I need to return call to claim something).   Then he says something about " under state law this is your final notification".  How can I get these guys to stop bugging ??
