I am getting phone calls from 000-000-0000 I think it is also using 281-446-5231 since it comes in right after the other....says unknown on the ID....any credit cards I have shows my home phon number, so if I did owe they would call that....Do anyone know who these people are..they call all day and all night.

I keep receiving calls from 281-446-5231. They keep asking for someone named Ray Kello.  I have been telling them for almost a year now that no one named Ray Kello is at this number. Yet the calls persist!  Last time they called, I informed them that our number was on the government's "do not call list" and that I had contacted the governor's office about the many calls which we have received from the same number over the past year, searching for someone named "Ray Kello."  The governor's office said that the people at that number have had sufficient warning and that, the next time they call, we should go ahead and file charges against them.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number twice within 5 minutes of each other. Nothing said by caller.

Called Phone and when I answered would not talk just hung up on me.

I keep getting phone calls from a 000-000-0000 right after this they called from 281-446-5231 so I figured it was from the same people or person.....I refure to answer a phone call from someone who cannot identify themselves, I am a widow and so I am alone.  How can we stop these phone calls do anyone know.  They call all times of the day and night and do not stop either.  I looked things like this up on AT&T and I tried what it said, but than the phone company says number does not exist, I looked up on there site and than it tells me I cannot block an unknown person unless a number comes up with a name, not unknown...So what does a person do...

Same thing happened to me.  (281) 446-5231 called me, yesterday.  I didn't pick it up.  When I tried to return the call, a voice said, "We are sorry but we are unable to complete your call. This is a recording."  It's been many years since phone companies used the phrase "This is a recording."

Two calls from same number 281-446-5231 in same day, both asking for same person (only a first name and nobody I know), and hung up immediately upon my telling them it was a wrong number. Both calls had a strange echo effect to them when I spoke, wondered if that meant it was actually from overseas or something.

Called my cell - no name, no message.  Tired of these.  Thanks for your site.
