Person calls, but when I answer they hang up.  After reading the other posts I see they are treading on thin ice( phone harrasement is one of my attorneys speciality).

Caller continuously calling but never leaves voice-mail.

This number keeps on calling with no messages.

I have received repeated calls from this number.  No message was left at any time.
