This number calls me as well, I don't answer because I only have so many minutes a month. AND I DON'T APPRECIATE UNNECESARRY CALLS BECAUSE I DO GET CHARGED TO CHECK MY VOICE MAILS and all this number does is CALL, SAY NOTHING AND OR LEAVE NO VOICE MAIL.
I AGREE THIS CO NEEDS TO STOP!

A google search reveals no SD Heyman in Encinitas, CA.
I suggest that anyone receiving calls from WCA subscriber services calls these places for every call they receive. If they won't provide or honor an opt-out, I suggest we flood their phones with as many calls as they give to us.
