This number kept calling and hanging-up, then one day a lady asked for me to verify the last 4 digits of my social security number, and then hung-up. After a phone call to the authorities and some research, I found it is a company called ER Solutions and they associate, closely, with people who commit identity theft. They are victimizing victims of identity theft and should be shut-down.

I keep getting calls from this number 281-529-3150, I do not answer the calls as I've gone online (being a strange number) and checked out the comments on these people. My husband (boss) answered one the other day and when he told them it was a business, that no one was to be receiving personnel phone calls here then started asking personnel questions of the person calling, he (Oscar) then hung up immediately. It didn't help.

I live in Maryland and I continually receive calls from ER Solutions, Inc as well. On the rare occasions that I answer, they ask for a different name. I get the impression that they're fishing in order to gain information. However, when I don't answer, they never leave a message. They call early (8am)in the morning and late into the evening (after 9pm).

I have gotten these calls many times and like others they do not leave a message, but my husband did answer one day and they knew my name and even the companies I had credit cards with. I listened to the little lecture on how they were going to save me abundle.... then told them not interested. This is when they became mean and continued to try to push to get my info... beware they are part of an

Just got a call from ER Solutions at 9:04 this morning. They have called before but it's been a while. I think they are looking for my brother in law based on the name they ask for (including initial) but I've never spoken with them. Chances are he does owe money to someone.

We get calls from this number every day 3-5 times a day. We are on the do not call list. I went to the do not call internet site today and reported this number which is for ER Solutions Inc to the folks at the do no call list. Hopefully this will help.
If any of you are on the do not call list, please go to the website & report them. Maybe we can get them shut down!!

A person, Cavanaugh, called here constantly (sometimes 3 times a day) for at least a month March-April 08. I am on the do not call list and I do not owe any debt. He said that he was from the social security office and that there was a legal case and I was in trouble. He said he was trying to clear up the matter, but I didn't give him information. He kept calling until I told him I was going to the authorities. I did call, but nothing was done.

I have repeatedly received unwanted phone calls from this number, sometimes 3-4 times per day. The message states: this message is for Virginia XXXX and if you continue to listen to the message, it is assumed that you are this person. I am not this person, and my phone company told me that my cell phone number was originated with me. I have no idea who these people are, but I also have been charged roaming fees when out of town.

Why would you be screwed if you never got the loan? If it is showing on your credit report, then dispute it. When the agencies realize you never got the loan, it will come off the credit report.

Won't stop calling. There will be a short time of no calls and then starts again. I've tried to pick up and call back to stop the calls. No luck. They're now leaving some weird message about lawyer representation. It's frustrating. Neither of us in the household owe money to anyone. Totally bogus. They always leave a different number to reply.

They call cell phone ask me if I am Elizabeth Lowery and if I am not to hang up or stay on the line to hear a message and to acknowlege that I am her. In the end I must listen to the entire message in order to delete it from my voicemail. When I do that it perpetutes more calls.

2nd day in a row, and I have a feeling it won't stop. No message left on the phone...just the number. When I answered the call the first time, it was a recording that asked me to hold "for a very important message". After about 30 seconds I hung up. From the comments on this list, it looks like they are trying to "collect". I owe no one, and my bills are never late. This is the 2nd company and phone number that has connected to my phone over the past 2 years, and they keep calling even though they tell me they will stop. There needs to be a law about this.

This number has been calling for a while, though I usually don't answer numbers I don't know, I answered this one figuring it must be out of town business, however, all they do is hangup and when you call back you get a message saying " The person you are trying to reach is unavailable, I'll record your message after the tone".
I am probably one of the few people lucky enough to have had no debt at all... ever, so they can't be calling soley for debt as far as I can figure. This business called ER Solutions Inc everyone is talking about is not registered with the BBB to do debt collection and doesn't exist any further than a website and phone numbers, which are listed above. And these posts are the only clue I can find as to who they are.
Have called them back the max of 5 times a day ( over 5 times a day is legal stalking) and have never gotten a response or answer, though I did leave a few messages.
