He keeps calling.... Somehow his caller ID even tricked my call screener device that (in theory) ONLY lets through my whitelisted caller IDs.

It is Discount Construction, also known as Discount Siding and Construction, and Mr. Carmichael has been in trouble for ignoring the Do Not Call list in the past (article: http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:0jWHSxCqU ... n&ct=clnk&gl=us). Moreover, Carmichael was convicted of felony theft in November 2000. The Better Business Bureau of Houston gives them an F for simply not responding to complaints, and notes that they also have government action(s) pending against this business. I receive a call from Tom Carmichael 1-281-550-8443 on my caller ID at least once a week. No message is left.

Home improvement. I am suppose to be on the do not call list but I never am able to get a number to call them back. You have to make a selection and give them contact information in order for them to contact you. The do not call list is great but you have to supply them with a contact number.

there it is again.....i get home and this number is on my phone. this has been going on for years now. i have written the ag office and gotten no response. i look the number up and it is in hearthstone subdivision. when i call it back, it either rings forever or i get a busy signal.
