told him if he ever called my number again i would report him to the attorney general again.   then i called him back and asked if he understood my message.  he said he understood and i told him again that no calling my number was for the rest of his life.  he said he understood, but i doubt it.  these slime-balls just figure the fines they pay as a cost of doing business.

everybody who gets calls from any of his numbers should call him back over and over.  it will give you something to do while the commercials are on tv.  bug the crap out of him

salesman? shawn has cell phone number  713-702-6868.  call the number from a land line.  burn up all his minutes.  do it again and again.  my cheap old radio shack auto dialer can be programmed to recall a number as often as i want.  as a rule of thumb i set it at ten for each call i receive.  it does not hang up until the call receiver hangs up, then waits 30 seconds and calls back again and again until the number is answered.  does this until it is answered ten times.  plays music for the call recipient.

This individual is like snake oil.  Directions to their place of business is:  Take FM529 to Jackrabbit rd, turn right and Muirfield will be on your left a few blocks up.  This is a residental area and the Home Owners Association (HOA) should be notified of the commercial business being conducted within their sub-division.  Put the heat on these folks!!!  I also pulled up their account with Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) to verify that the property is indeed listed under their name, but it does not disclose that any form of business is being operated here.

This man is wasting his time calling my number ~ because I, and Everyone  else I know don't answer any calls while looking at the Caller ID (and don't know who is calling).  I feel sorry for this man and everyone like him who has a job like his.

Constantly calls me.  I have reported it to DONOT CALL LIST several time but he still calls.

I get a call from this number several times a week.  I have not answered the call because I don't know a "Tom Carmichael."  I have an answering machine, but a message is never left.  I assume that it is someone trying to sell something.

I receive a call from this person once a week and I am on the do not call list.

He now uses a new number 281-550-8443. I get these calls quite often and when you answer no talks and he eventually hangs up. I'm tired of it and when you call back the number it is busy forever. What kind of games is this guy playing. His name even shows up on caller ID. I want him to stop, it's quite annoying to drop everything to answer the phone and nobody talks!

Thomas S. Carmichael, who does business as Discount Construction, is prohibited from continuing to make the unsolicited calls in the future. He must pay $10,000 in attorneys? fees and $5,000 in civil penalties for violating the Texas Telemarketing Disclosure and Privacy Act, also known as the Texas No-Call law. The 2001 law allows Texans to register their telephone numbers on a list that telemarketers are generally prohibited from calling.

Carmichael agreed to stop calling Texans whose phone numbers are on the No-Call list, unless a prior business relationship existed with them. He also must ensure that no other telemarketers contact No-Call list numbers on behalf of Discount Construction. Carmichael routinely solicited business from Texans on the No-Call list even if they had no prior dealings with his business.

I called his homeowners association, Hearthstone Subdivision Home Owners Association, and the management company PCMI [Telephone Number: (281) 870-0585] just now, and was told just days ago, PCMI received a similar complaint about Tom Carmichael operating a business from home. I will report to the state and national no-call-list sites now. He has been calling my house for year. The latest number he called from was 281-550-8473. Texas attorney general in 2008 sued and fined him. Apparently he doesn't seem to care. Or he's making too much to care about the penalty.

Surely someone can block these calls from Tom Carmichael.  I am on the national and state "NO CALL" list, but this does not prevent calls from this shady character.

Matt:  I reported Tom Carmichael to the BBB, via their web site. Said I would receive info. from them in 30 days. This was in Nov. I have not heard back from them.

Then strange, I received another call (Nov. 17) from the infamous "Tom Carmichael" (not enough time for the BBB to do anything) so this time I listened to the whole message & finally had the chance to press a number to remove my name from their calling list. So far, have not received another call, but we shall see......The number listed on my I.D. was: 281-855-2857.

Maybe if more people would complain to the BBB he could be stopped for good.

Called today at 5pm from same number.

Is there no way we can report or stop this?  It's rather absurd, and I'm quite positive, bordering on harassment.
