This company is completely fraudulent. They have threatened me numerous times for a debt that has already been paid. The calls stopped for a little bit after I contacted the FBI but they must be hard up or think im stupid because they continue to call my home. They even went as far as to have the caller ID show the court house from my home town. I then contacted the court house and was told they DO NOT prosecute and the incident was over 5 years old so even so it is past the time! The nerve of these losers to prey on people. Something needs to be done. Maybe they should be arrested and thrown in jail like they threaten everyone else. They are rude, mean, and very unprofessional and honestly what they are doing is completely against the law!

Caller said his name was Martin Anderson and said I was a known affiliate of  a certain person I have not seen or heard from in years and that I need to call him asap, that this person was being investigated for check fraud.  I called the next day and they answered the phone saying "Preliminary Prosecution" and when I asked him to repeat the business name, he demanded the "case # left in the message". I continued to ask him to identify himself and his business but he got irritated and hung up on me. After that, I googled "Preliminary Prosecution" and it brought me to this page......what a waste of time!! I have my number registered with the "DoNotCall" registry, but it seems that does not even help or do anything since I get so many solicitation calls and now this.

They called me and said that I owe money to a payday loan place and that they are going to send a warrant out for my arrest and have me prosecuted. State of Tx vs me. A$$hol3.. Said ok fine than good luck and hung up..

SCAM! Said I owed Advance America and was being prosecuted for check fraud in Kentucky for an Advance America location there. Ive never even been to Kentucky! proceeded to tell me that I would go to Jail and be extradited to Kentucky. They want you to wire them money same day or they say they will be on your doorstep with handcuffs. At the end...the a***ole say GOOD LUCK.
