I am a local electrician and I purchased a spot with this company.  They told me the folders would be in finished in about 60 days.  It took well over 90 days BUT I have been very pleased with the results.  The broker had invited all the companies on the folder to her office for a meet and greet, and since than, I have created 3 new clients that have also given me clients.  This is the best advertising purchase I have made in a long time.  Told company that I will purchase every spot they have in the area.  Thank you

Bought a spot from Company and they did exactly as promised.  Got to meet the broker and its agents and have a wonderful relationship with them.  Since have bought many spots from them and I am very excited about my business and the opportunities I have with the local brokers and agents.  Very pleased.

William called he "had a project he needed an insulation contractor for"  He wanted additional information on our company when I placed him on hold to speak with an estimator he hung up immediately.  Then called back several days later and left a voice mail repeating info above .  That is when I looked this up.  He definitely sounds like a telemarketer

Our company is a home builder. Sheldon called from this number today and immediately started asking all sorts of questions about what kind of houses we build, in developments, own design, etc. When I asked where he was calling from he told me he was from Century 21 American Homes in Hickory, NC. He asked to speak to one of the owners. I am part of the ownership. When I told him there was nobody available to speak to him he quickly ended his call after giving me his number 281-568-9198. Scammer! I googled and called Century 21 American Homes in Hickory and spoke to the agent on duty who said it was a scam caller.

A gentleman by the name of "Michael" called our office and left a message stating that they were working on a project for Century 21 Oympion, a realtor company that service the real estate needs of individual and business clients.  I was a little leery of the conversation with this person since he changed his position from being affiliated with Century 21, to doing a "project" for them, to finally telling the truth that he worked for a separate company all together.

Just know that when you obtain a call from 281-616-3789, it is to solicit companies for advertising on a folder that is given out to potential homeowners.  Century 21 Olypion is aware of Rightway Networkings strategy and a representative of Century 21 stated that they requested that there is only one type of business advertised on the folder, per advertisement period - (1) Restaurant, (1) Insurance Agent, (1) CPA Firm, etc.  Just know that if you are not interested in advertising, just say - "No Thank You".

Said he was Will the Project Manager for Century 21 Real Estate and they needed an appraiser for this project he was working on. When I called the girl did not know who Will was. I told her what the message was and she said hold on let me check and see, he answers and then tells me it is a space on a folder that would have my info as the only appraiser on it  for only $449.00 Message lead me to think he wanted to order a Real Estate Appraisal or I would not have wasted my time on the misleading sales pitch. Also uses 281-305-4742 Shows as Private Caller on caller ID

Got the same call today September 3, 2013, except they are for Weichert Realtors in Huntsville Alabama.
So this is a Texas company selling space in a note book for a Realtor company in Huntsville Alabama to hand out.   The caller was named Robert, and implied that he worked for Weichert Realtors, and was working on a project for the Huntsville Alabama Office.  He stated that they were looking for one company to do all of their inspection work for the Realtors in that office.  He stated that they would use this inspector to do all the inspections for any of the homes they handle, and then give all potential customers a notebook with all the information about the house, including the inspection report and that the notebook would have information on all other various companies in it such as banks, appraisers......

I got this same call 2 years ago and  they were doing this same thing for Century 21 in Huntsville Alabama.  I started to fall for the ploy until I checked in with the Century 21 office and they stated that this company was just using their name to sell advertisments that the Century 21 office had nothing to do with it and no body used the notebooks.

Got a call from this number. Said it was a woman named Tanzie and she was a project manager for Remax looking for a furniture company in Albuquerque and to give her a call back. After reading these posts, I see that this is a scam and have no intention of returning the phone call. Very sneaky marketing ploy.

Left a message saying she was Jane from CR Realty (a local realtor), and they need blinds for a project. I have been contacted by this sort of company before. They want you to pay a fee for an ad that goes on the outside of the folder realtors use to hand their clients info packets. To my knowledge, no one has ever made a sale from this type of advertising. Plus if you want me to place an ad, tell me so instead of pretending to work for the realtor needing my product!

I received this call on the office line where I work. We get these kind of calls all the time. She called and asked for my manager. This is immediately a red flag for me if he is not expecting any calls, she also mispronounced his name. He actually was in a meeting and I told her so. I asked to take down her information and what it was regarding. She gave me her name and number and the title project manager. She would not tell me what company she was with or what she was providing. I told her if she doesn't give me a reason for the call he may not return it seeing we get a lot of spam calls from telemarketers. She told me she would only discuss those matters with him. I then asked her if there was a cost associated with her services. Again, she told me she only wanted to speak with him.. I wrote down her number and googled it.. and BAM telemarketer!

I just received a call from Tim Carpenter. He said he was involved in a remodel of a real estate office in our area. He never got to the point on what he wanted, I told him someone would call him back and looked up his number. After all these responses I don't think we will return his call.

We are a cleaning company in Maryland and we got a call from Carla for this number saying she was with Century21 Real Estate and looking for our services. I called back twice but get zero responses.
It's a huge scam.

They lie to get you on the phone. Saying their "with" or a project manager for a real estate company.  They print out the folders you hold papers in.  They are a brand new, they print out a horrible folder.  It takes them along time to sell the ad spaces on the folders too.  Once they sell you they are impossible to get back on the phone.  Real estate office I signed up for is not using there folders due to poor quality and tactics.

A Jennifer called from this number saying that she needs a land surveyor.  Very unprofessional message.  She talked super fast.  It sounded like a marketing call.

I got the same call from a guy name Tim at Right Way Networking. He was asking about my interior design business for Remax. I told him to call me back because I wanted to think it over. But what i really was going to do was look them up online because he was calling from a Texas numer and I wasn't sure. I saw all of the stuff on this site and decided to tell the Remax office so I looked up the Remax office and called them and then talked to a manager to ask if he knew about Tim working for them. He told me that he didn't know who Tim was but the manager told me that Right Way Networking was contracted out to put his folders together. It made me feel good about it and when Tim called back I learned more about it but I never told him that I called the office. He told me that his company puts these folders together for ofices all over the country. I couldnt afford the $450 at the time but he told me he would call me back if they were making more folders for my area.

They are selling advertising services to businesses as well. They find out what state your in, tell you they are looking for someone in that state to send leads to. They are really selling print advertising so you can put your name in a folder that is given to potential customers. Dont waste your time

I got a call from Remax too!! Micahel Ruffino . He was telling me some customer needs some window work and sgd are off their track.. I said What!!. I told him to send me the names in a email and I will get back with him.  No call back today. Just called the number 1-281-616-9198 recording.BS

Got a call from Mary. Said she wirked directly with Century 21 Award and Hazard. they were looking for a roofer for their clients. would not leak any other information other than phone & name.  YOU LOSE MARY!!

Said they were a company contracted by a real estate company to build a folder for new homeowners.  I asked if he was trying to sell me advertising and he said no.  So I said then what are you trying to selling me?  An ad in the folder.  Isn't that trying to sell me advertising?  No thanks and goodbye.

A Michael called and left message with answering service saying he needed prices from us to do work for his company, Century-21 Hagerty. I called back and could tell it was some sort of "phone mill" in that no company name was given by the answerer and she would not tell be the name of their business. I figure some sort of telemarkting bait and switch thing.

I don't like deception, regardless of what anyone is selling.  Starting with a lie, seriously? Said they needed service for a glass window door problem in my town, which they mispronounced!  http://www.UnscratchTheSurface.com(Glass restoration service company)  They obviously found my website and pretended they needed what I do. Not calling them back.  You can just sense these kind of scammers somehow.  Oh well..
