If you file a class action lawsuit against them let me know. I will do the same.

STALKER CALLERS!!! Seriously, these goons are worse than Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction. I'm waiting to come home one day and find a rabbit boiling on my stove! They have pretty much taken Blood Thirsty Greed to a whole new level.
1. Call me at least 6 times a day
2. Call my brother and sister-in-law (On their cell phones!)
3. Call my estranged husband at multiple numbers
4. If you answer their calls they will basically lie and claim that the amount you owe is DOUBLE the actual debt.
5. Threaten to sue if you do not do what they want you to do.
The person calling has identified himself as Carl Maxwell, so I will have a name to attach to the various complaints I am filing against them for harassment and fraudulent information.

Since you clearly work for the company, how do you sleep at night?

I REALLY DON"T APPRECIATE GETTING A CALL ABOUT A LEGAL MATTER WHEN THERE IS REALLY NO LEGAL MATTER TO DISCUSS!!!!!! It is rude and offensive to treat people like that especially if nobody is in that type of situation. Yes maybe in the past but the debt has been paid SO STOP CALLING PEOPLE ABOUT IT!!!!!!

These people called one of my stores looking for my daughter. She hasn't lived at home for over ten years and was never employed by my company. I just so happened to be on the internet and found this site while talking with them. I laughed and told them what people think and hung up. By the way, they failed to comply with FCC regs when it came to this.

Ignore them - they are just another debt collector. I always answer the phone, and then just hang up, so they can't leave messages. I stopped paying over 30k in credit cards about 3 years ago, and I've only had one company actually come after me with a lawsuit. I just took the documents to some random lawyer in town, and for $500 he replied to the court for me and had the cae thrown out. The $500 was WAY cheaper than what they were trying to collect, and the statute of limitations is 4 years in my state, so they have less than a year to come after me again. Hang in there... They just try to sound tough!

They cannot call your work, friends or family. That is against the law. They must communicate only with you and cannot, by law, discuss your business or their reason for looking for you with anyone BUT you.

@Tired: Sounds like you work for these dead-beats.

This company called me in the past, i ignored the calls and they stopped calling for about a month, now i'm getting a call and a letter from their attorneys regarding potential litigation and potential judgement. I am trying to work somethng out. I talked to an attorney who said if they sue they can place a judgement and it will renew the statues and stay on my credit for many more years. Hoping i can still work something out, but now its costing much more

I've gotten two vague and threatening messages on my cell from these morons asking me or 'my legal counsel' to return their call immediately. They claim they've left several messages for me which is a load of crap. Yeah, I'm really responding to that garbage. These 3rd party collectors are the feces in the rat cage and they've bought a debt from another collector that might or might not be yours but they don't care if they have the right person or not.

These are very vicious and offensive tactics. I totally agree with OilMoney. Maybe the word "privacy" is not in their vocabulary.

these people are calling themselves B&B Holdings, a third party debt collector. left a # of 888-810-5433

Apparently these people get information on our family members from the records that we fill out on our first visit to a medical provider when we list an emergency contact. It is so totally wrong and should be outlawed!
I definitely agree with other posters. These are the last people I care to negotiate with or pay off; primarily due to their sleezy, underhanded tactics.

BV Holdings out of north Houston started calling our family members even before we got a bill on our co-pay amount. This was even before we got some of our test results back. I plan now to contest all the charges, they can not report to any credit bureaus during a dispute, and stall their payment for as long as the law will allow!

These are people calling from a collection agency. Have no idea how they get fmaily member and co-worker info but it should be illegal if it isn't already
| Bridgid 2012-01-26 17:12:09 Unknown |
Angela Davis. She is calling my co-workers and telling them she's left me messages; yet she hasn't. I do not know what she is calling about.
