Transferred call to bill collector for an account from 2003 for the wrong person

Repeated calls from this number are often silent. They must have an automated rotating phone system that works by signaling a telemarketer that they have a sucker on the line (you) who has answered and is willing to talk. If there is no sales personnel available, the silence continues. When some one does pick up the line, it is for unwanted insurance. Hang up quickly or add to blocked list.

Keep calling several times and don't know who they are... Can I block this caller?

For me, it is a "save money on auto insurance" call.

If you call back and press for information, they hang up.

And, evidently, they mark your number to automatically hang up afterwards.

I hate this crap.

STOP calling!

called july 23 no message. When I returned called blocking my number: a message stating that number was out of service. When call with my number unblocked in went through with a prompt to press whatever for Spanish....then a recorded voice stating her name was Mary.
Calling at 8pm central time....message stating: no one available to take call....with no option to leave message.

Called, did not leave message. I tried to call them back and said "number you dialed is out of service."
Trash telemarketers.

I received a call from 2816537116 and have no idea who it was or where it came from

This number called poor little Fuko on July 18, 2013 at around 1 PM. Fuko is so mature that this auto insurance company must have mistaken her for an adult, which Fuko is, but she does not have a car! Please leave little Fuko alone or I will have to send my Starfish Army after you!

This is a State Farm Auto Insurance number. Looks like even the big companies are getting in on scamming us. Watch out all you law abiding citizens,  here come the big named crooks!

I didn't answer the call but called back from a different number. It was a recording stating that they wanted to save me money on my auto insurance. Telemarketer from a benign number. They're getting sneakier.

They called and left message to sell auto insurance. I called back to make sure they never call me again. They hung up. I called them about 5 times in a row, only to be hung up every time. One even got very angry at me. I wanted my number discontinued out of there system. After about 5 tries I called again and the number was disconneded. Interesting!

Got several calls from this number but since it didn't look familiar I ignored it and after reading this I am glad I did!!

This number keeps coming up on my work phone (land line)
Annoying that I don't have the ability to block it.
