Asked for a person that I've never heard of. I said, I dont' know who that is. She says, do you have multiple locations or departments? I said, we have multiple locations, no one by that name has ever worked here. She says ok is there an HR or someone I could speak to? I said I AM HR (which is true, I can tell you anyone who's worked here the last 3 years) and no one by that name has ever worked here. She finally says oh in that case that's ok thank you. Geez what part of "I dont' know who that person is" don't you understand!

Keep getting this call with no voice message left from 281 670 1572. Don't know who they are or what they want so they are blocked from calling me. I figure if it was important enough to dial my number you should have left me a message. ADIOS!

These people have been calling for months. You answer the phone and the computer hangs up. How do we stop this?

Yep it's a debt collector alright and for the wrong person as the person they continue to call for is UNKNOWN to this person at the phone number they call 3 times a day for the past 3 months. They don't care if you press their little number to indicate you don't know the person and their recording states they will not call again. They continue to call. I do not answer, but I do pick up and hang up.
