This fool calls my company 20 times or more in a row!  cursing out the receptionist and talks to her about his sex organs etc....  I have called the police and all we can do is file a police report.  Trust these fools are not afraid of the treat of calling to police or recordings nothing scares them except if they get caught!!  I put a block on my personal phone and also a unkown number block on my phone.  I have not had to deal with it a home seems like its dying down now.  But he does continue to call my job.  Thank god they know its a scam so they are not to put out and understand this can happen to anyone.  Good Luck and lets hope these Nut job get caught!

Calling advising I owe money and telling me to send it on money PAC card.., they are fraud

This number has been calling me and making threats that they are a law firm and asking me to pay for a debt.  I asked that he identified himself and the company.  He told me that it is called American Consulting Services.  Once I told him to stop calling me and asked him for his fax number so that I can fax them to inform them to stop calling me; he became aggressive.  He was calling from India and making all sorts of threats and name calling.  I will report the company.  There is no American Consulting Services that is a law firm.

Same guy, Neil Patterson, keeps calling me, but I let it go to voicemail, I have several messages with him stating charges will be put on me for a debt owed with the last 4 of my ss#....This has been going on for over a month now....10-20 calls a day, saying the same as all the other compaints on here. I have reported it to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov, have yet to hear anything from them. This is so annoying and interrupting. Why hasn't this con-man been stopped yet if this has been going on, with several others too?? And it was reported on abcnews.com a year ago?! WOW!

Guy named Neal Patterson will not stop calling me!!!  Asked for written documentation of so called debt -- refuses to give me anything!  He just says he wants HIS Money!!!  Told me he was going to file lawsuit against me.  So I had a legal assoc call him --- she emailed me "its a scam!"  Ignore him-- continues to call me at work even though I requested to not be contacted at work.  At home I receive a call caller ID saying it was my employer yet it was him saying he was there with 2 policemen to arrest me.  Wanting to know where I was I hung up and filed a second ftc complaint.

Just received a very threatening message on my work phone, saying I owed money (Don't know to whom) and that they had my SSN.  The message also said that if I didn't respond I would lose my medical license (I don't have one, but I work at a hospital). Hope they don't start harassing me, but thank heavens people have already reported this number so when I checked, I knew it was fraud.

How could they take $300 from you unless you gave it to them by debit card,  credit card or your bank acct number?

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They keep calling saying cops are going to lock me up that i need to pay so much money then i siad no they are stupid scammers he told me f*** you that i was a motherf_____ then next day he called agsin then he was. going to take all my money out of bank so i called my bank they are trash people lower then you can get

This number is calling me and my supervisor and treating us saying I own they money and I don't they took 300.00 from me.

This phone number is a fraud they are trying to make their calls seem like a collection agency
