Just got a call from this #. It has been calling ALL day today (5-6 times). Picked it up, no answer, could hear someone on the other end. I hung up & looked it up online

This is a debt collector. I suspect the phone number is spoofed to hide the real identity of the debt collector. Just don't answer the phone.
