Yup had the same thing just happen to me.... As soon as I noticed they spelled half of the words wrong I figured it was some kind f scam.

Received bogus phishing text complete with misspellings:  "Your ATM card debit has been put on hold.  Call Customer Protection Department end folow the steps to rezolve this issue 1-281-741-0335@vtext.com."

This phone number belongs to a hotel, the Quality Inn & Suites, 10155 North Freeway , Houston, TX, US.  Scam being run out of hotel, probably.

I got it too, resolve spelled incorrectly too. Googled the # and called it. It says its a Quality Inn & Suites but the # is a recorded call that says no humans available. Called the bank, they had heard of this scam too.

Yeah I got it too and five minutes later my boyfriend, who is with a different bank, got it too. Nice misspellings LOL

I received this msg too and noticed it was a misspelling... I thought it was coincidence since I used my ATM card that same day... It was a teaching moment for my kids...

Got the same text sat evening I didnt respond.   Its a phishing scam, but some people do fall for it

I got a text two days ago from this number and didn't actually take a good look at it until a few minutes ago and laughed when I saw they couldn't even spell or sound legit. Now I'm starting to wonder if there is anyone who actually fell for this crap lol

I  called my bank direct...everything was fine....beware of these scammers... They cant even spell.

It's a scam for sure. Considering I'm waiting for a new card in the mail I thought otherwise at first.

My message claims it is from the Federal Credit Union:Visa and Mastercard Security.
Says call Customer Protection at that number.
Not funny!  A real SCAM...

Got the same nonsense message as well - ATM card on hold?. text to "rezolve" the issue?.  Seriously??. "resolve"????   That's a dead giveaway that it is a scam.  It would be funny if not for the fact that some poor people will fall for this.

I got the same txt at 7:30 on saturday night from 422-2...
called the number but didnt enter any info when prompted...
went like... "no service professionals are available so its all done automatic, please enter your card number"...hang up.
i use T-mobile banking, and have a vanguard account. stating for possible associations.
googled to find this... and the number is connected to a motel in texas... not T-mobile, def not vanguard.

It gets better. There's a second number in Houston (713) 988-6565. Says the exact same thing in the message. This one is supposedly owned by "Horizon Wireless Wholesale", a local cell service provide for Houston. But the number that sent the text msg from 12817410335@vtext.com is a wireless text-only account, not an actual landline/cell line. So that means they are just getting people to call the Quality Inn, not sure how they are working this. Will try to follow up on "Horizon Wireless" foolishness. One thing I did notice: Almost no one who is in the US still puts a "1" in front of a number's area code when giving it out. Best guess is that this is getting routed from a foreign country.

I received a text regarding my atm card (4089) that's the text number told me to call that 281-741-0335 to rezolve the issue didn't spell resolve right. So I *^7 the number it's all done by machine tells me put my atm number bad thief!

Just received a text from12817410335@vtext.com. Told me my ATM card is on hold? Cute , and to resolve this issue to call back the same f**king number, googled it and traced back to quality inn.
In Houston ,TX. Oh yea tell Mr. Big  learn to spell , and in the morning
