These are spam calls from Inside Sales.com (sometimes they do leave their name on the vmail).
When you fill out their web form they call you repeatedly. Sometimes more than once per day. They keep leaving messages (wait all the way through vmail) and then hang up leaving vmails only two to three seconds long.
